I sent documents several times, there is no investigation, it's account where 1.7 BTC left in 2015 when it was around $300 and in 2017 they alow me withdraw 0.2 BTC (I withdrawal it to check if it would arrive) and after that they blocked the login and aks for all possible documents and when they realized that everything is correct they always send the same email that they will let me know when the investigation is end. They simply don't want to pay because they are scammers.

I didnt know this competition exist and I think cloudbet should work more on making clear difference from real leagues.
Now I added Premier League and other top league as favorites to avoid this from happening in future.

I looked into our records and no such email exists, are you sure it was from us and not an external scammer? What is your username on that account?

I think this should really be something the cloudbet management should look into asap and make a clear distinction to stimulated sports games and real life and it's done with other casinos so that other customers don't get into making such mistakes without knowing.

Safer that way on adding those leagues to favourites... Perhaps cloudbet could take this as part of a review from a customer's experience to improving their space.

It takes a little long to load, but eventually it loads, at least according to my experience The one from the help page loads faster (https://www.cloudbet.com/en/support/). It worked for me the first time when I was testing out the platform and even right now. However, once the Live support chat loads, the AI bot is the first to welcome you. All you do is request it to connect to a human support agent, and it will connect you.

If you can't access Cloudbet in your country then there is a reason for that. It's either the casino that is blocking the access, which means they ban players from your location, or your country doesn't allow online gambling or playing on Cloudbet. In either case, you shouldn't try to get around those restrictions. You should also take a look at the banned restrictions list in the TOS under point 7.1.3 to see if your country is on it.

I know about the purpose but I don't want all the funds to be blocked, because of my bad experience in other casinos, I tried to claim a bonus and won cheleng, I couldn't withdraw the funds because the previous deposit bonus was not finished, that's what I'm afraid of, that's why I play without bonuses in most casinos, unless the terms are reasonable
