How many R17x shares have been bought altogether? According to Black Arrow miners could be overclocked up to 28%. I think we should look into overclocking because it is probably going to pay back more expensive PSU very fast.

This GB looks good, and is priced nice, but is anyone concerned over the future difficulty? I have just about clicked the button to order, but this keeps me from doing it. http://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficultyhttp://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculatorWe know with all the machines coming on the market that the difficulty will continue to increase to offset all that hashing power and keep the block time at 10 minutes. The one caveat is the future BTC price. I don't mean to throw water on this party, but how is everyone justifying this one?

If it starts hashing before second week of March, then will break even. Past middle of March, and it will be a loss.

They'll pobably send you an email asking for your payout address, unless you entered it in the notes field on the order page. Please could you also pray to the gods of difficulty and delivery times to be benevolent this coming year?

Yes its all about the timing, we all rely on launch in february - primo march. 1200 unit of KNC neptune will hit the market somewhere around Q1/Q2, that's ~3.6 Peta Hash/s added to the network.

A lot of money from lots of people is getting tossed at the world of digital coins. this may be the next dot com craze. there actually is value to coins real true value in the sense of a practical use. 'home heating' check out the money spent heating homes worldwide it is big bucks. right now I am running a hd7970 mining litecoins. it uses 240 watts of power to earn about 7 dollars a day. for dec-april it will help to heat my home and make money doing it. A lump of gold would just sit in a box doing nothing at all.

I've been Dealing with Thomas over PM for a week now trying to figure this thing out.
And I got to say, if they deliver even closish to the promise they will have me as a returning customer.
The shear support and quality customer service from this group is outstanding. I wish everyone could get their heads from their ass and provide this type of service.
Keep up the good work guy's. I've only got enough to invest 100 share's. If I had more it would be yours!
As for the Over Clocking. Hell yes. if they manage to do that, especially out of the gate!!
My share holder's are not paying for that though so I'd need to adjust the distribution of funds lol.

Mining has really becoming a rat race by early and profit to late and barely break even. I think it stays like this. I would buy more shares but still got me personal life to maintain so can't miss all me funds for a while. What I see is that you need more and more money to stay up front. The positive thing about this the btc price will rise most likely. If the investment needed to obtain more btc raises to. The 100% future off btc no one can predict but this group buy is a good investment now.

Respectfully disagree with the part about digital currency not having an intrinsic value. Fraud and transaction costs are a huge dollar amount to financial service companies, and online transactions are particularly risky in this regard. Look at a 10K or quarterly SEC filing for any financial service company that issues credit or debit cards. For one largish firm that I just checked fraud losses were on the order of $200MM a year. These costs are passed through to merchants and consumers through interchange charges. To the extent that digital coins can reduce these costs, they're hugely valuable. The only concern I have is adoption by merchants, which will require lower volatility in the exchange rate or the ability to instantly convert BTC to $. Merchants hate shouldering all the exchange rate risk. This GB looks good, and is priced nice, but is anyone concerned over the future difficulty? Hi bluesticker, Thanks and Welcome Aboard! This goes for all of our newcomers, and to our co-op veterans back for more. Hope you or anyone else doesn't risk putting living expenses into Bitcoin and Bitcoin miners. These are all considered high risk investments that your typical, fuddy duddy stocks/bonds conservative investors would run screaming from. For the most part: Bitcoin miners fit the bill of high risk/high reward investors. As far as the delivery date of February 24: everything still appears to be on track. Oh, and someone was asking how many Prosperos were sold? I haven't seen the latest numbers but this has been the most successful DZ MC Group Buy Round so far: something like 35-40 TH/s or more. There are more Round 17x funds that haven't been paid for yet, so the co-op's paid hashrate total I have in my sig should be going up this week.

If Black Arrow can deliver before KNC (which I believe they will) we will be in good shape.
