I am totally agree with you about that. Criminals always find ways how to do their stuff. And I want to note that main countries are trying to control bitcoin and do not to prohibit it.

For me it is just normal that many criminals right now is also using bitcoin because there are so many wise criminals who wants to used bitcoin because they can still have a transaction with bitcoin even there identity is unknown.
