It is not crime to use bitcoin, what crime is when you use it in illegal way, scamming people out of bitcoin. Beware of this kind of illegal activities related to bitcoin, be proactive have some more research on investment you want to give a shot.

I have seen some news regarding hackers, terrorists, and other criminals using bitcoin for illegal trades.
How the police can find about these transactions?
Even if is hard to track illegal transactions, I don't think that Bitcoin can be a danger to society, since the problem is the society and its people.
Since the beginning of the internet this is happening ( the bad people committing crimes)  and no one is willing to shutdown internet because of that, so in that matters Bitcoin should be equivalent. I think those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin, but the problem is not Crypto/blockchain or Bitcoin, is just the society.
This is true. Bitcoin is indeed being abused by criminal entities and societies but I don't think that it is a criteria for deeming bitcoin a bad cryptocurrency. These criminal institution found a way to transact where they wouldn't have to mind getting tracked by the police with bitcoin and they seized it. As a matter of fact Fiat money is much more involved in criminality than bitcoin and cryptocurrency itself.

I also think like you, criminal world will be more sophisticated to transact. Such as money laundering, theft, drug trafficking, terrorism financing and illegal gambling. They transact more freely and anonymously.

But actually it can also be dammed with the application of KYC on the wallet info / sign message. If indeed the developers want to create it. if anyone feels criminal action just report it to the police. Any way, surely the police can prove it.

bitcoin is using for the dark web as a payment method and criminals buy weapons drugs and other things through bitcoin and no way to caught or trace them
Do you think it can be used so? All transactions can be tracked in blockchain. Bitcoin is not a threat.
The real threat is anonymous coins like ZEC, MONERO and etc.

For me criminals is just using bitcoin for buying some of terrorist needs.. I think police cant track the illegal transaction because it's on the internet and no one can hear or see a transaction..

It is in technology freedom that criminals easily using bitcoin as their source of financial assistance to destroy such peaceful countries. But terrorist strategy are now easily interrupted before to penetrate because some countries has develop high technology military defense to easily track terrorist identity. But bitcoin platforms are no doubt that even criminals can easily adapt it as source of their financial needs.

Bitcoin inherently conceals aura, which is easy for criminals to launder money, but Bitcoin is not completely anonymous. As long as you track Bitcoin transaction information in the blockchain and check which exchange the criminals have passed, you can find the criminal through the exchange.

We don't need to argue about the cryptocurrencies because being used by the criminals in illegal activities is not a new one because even in the last few decades there is already a type of currency that is being used by the criminals and that is the fiat currency where the criminals used it to do transactions illegally.

Bitcoin is not the problem, the people, the society that is using it as a tool for their evil deeds. They used it as a tool because they cannot be traced. People are the main problem, they abuse the technology that btc has to offer. Also, this fact hinders people to fully accept and utilize bitcoin.

crime has a place to be in all areas of life, including something that also applies to cryptocurrencies. There are a lot of stories in which the cryptocurrency is used as a means of redemption due to blackmail, as well as hacking, which led to theft of the cryptocurrency from exchanges, exchangers and thefts from bank cards. criminals also use blockade technology to commit illegal operations (purchase of drugs and weapons, payment of the killer, money laundering).

Bitcoin is not responsible for this.Criminal commit their crime anyhow. Before bitcoin here was crime and it will be if bitcoin don't exist
Even if bitcoin does not exist, criminals will use other currencies to buy illicit weapons. I think people hate bitcoin and blame Bitcoin for being the currency of crime; I do not agree with such comments.

Some of case criminals use it to crime such as weapons, kidnapping, killing etc
Our government has identified bitcoin as the currency used to exchange arms for terrorist gangs around the world. Instead of sending money, criminals will send bitcoins to avoid being suspected.

I agree with the author of the post, the problem in the society . bitcoin is just a tool and there are many of them, and to replace one always comes another. Blocking bitcoin is stupid-it's like saying that the weapon kills people, because in fact it does not kill the weapon but the people themselves with it.

The bad is the person. A good can not make a crime. it would be a crime if it was in the wrong hands. This also applies to bitcoin. A crime usually happens because it is done by evil people. The world is divided into two, good people and bad people. Whatever it is, if it is in the hands of evil, something will be evil anyway.

yes some criminals want to use bitcoin because they know that bitcoin can transact some currency in an almost anonymous way. In the early days of bitcoin, some people use bitcoin to buy some illegal stuff like drugs and more, that is the main reason why bitcoin become controversial, and some country want to prohibit it. We can’t blame bitcoin’s capability because anonymously transacting your currency is superb right.Criminals will make their own way to execute their illegal transactions. They can use whatever medium they want to use. So let us not blame everything to Bitcoin.

The problem is not BItcoin itself. It's the society. The World needs to be balanced. Good and bad work together for the survival of the world. So those are beyond our limits we can only reduced it but can't eradicate it.

It's an old shoe to push Bitcoin and almost every decetralized cryptocurrency in this corner. I don't think it's an issue there will be everytime such problems as there are criminals there are problems. We need to fight the criminals, not the currency!

This is just an excuse for those who hate bitcoin and do not settle for their ability to change the world.
There is crime everywhere using fiat and other reserves of value and this is not exclusive of the negotiations with crypto

Scammers are interested in bitcoin because of its anonymity. Criminal organizations are also involved in money-laundering operations. That's one of the reasons I'm in favor of state recognition. It's bad enough that some people think of it as a Scam or pyramid theory. The laws will greatly help bitcoin become a mainstream!!

Why do you start a topic that is impossible to answer. Imagine bitcoin is not now. And that there are no crimes either? And now, Bitcoin is and what crimes have become more? no!!! Therefore, bitcoin is an economic tool that can fall into the hands of both good and bad people. You and I can't affect it, it's a system.
