I think those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin, but the problem is not Crypto/blockchain or Bitcoin, is just the society.

a crime like this is already happening and has been revealed by the culprit, and I think the easy way to find the perpetrators of bitcoin crime is by way of the police in cooperation with all existing exchange. and I think that's an easy way to find the bad guys using bitcoin

Well its not possible to use bitcoin in some criminal transactions specially it is a digital currency its much more easier to transact that the physical money,you can just transfer btc then thats it. For criminals there's always a way just to get dirty money.

Bitcoin is also used to transactions of drugs here in our country. Actually, that is not totally alarming at all since people will always think of a way that they cannot be caught while doing illegal things.Even when bitcoin has not yet invented, criminals always find their way to be as sneaky as possible so when bitcoin came. they grab this opportunity because they know it is hard to track it. Bitcoin is not totally anonymous and here in our country, the police managed to find who's behind the crime.
