I have seen some news regarding hackers, terrorists, and other criminals using bitcoin for illegal trades.
How the police can find about these transactions?
Even if is hard to track illegal transactions, I don't think that Bitcoin can be a danger to society, since the problem is the society and its people.
Since the beginning of the internet this is happening ( the bad people committing crimes)  and no one is willing to shutdown internet because of that, so in that matters Bitcoin should be equivalent. I think those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin, but the problem is not Crypto/blockchain or Bitcoin, is just the society.

Definetly your right bro,that bitcoin cannot endanger to the society,because the problem is the society and the people they use the name of bitcoin in order to satisfied there personal interest,thats why they doing an criminal act like,hacking,scamming,ponzi or fraud with using the name of bitcoin thats why the image of cryptocurrency became threats to the hearing of the good people,otherwise if they realy found out the real purpose of digital currency that to promote economic growth by means of capitalism and we have a wonderful social responsibility.

Due to the design of a  blockchain for being a decentralized system then mostly people have a thinking that monetary transaction through crypto currency is fast and easy without the trace of a real person since it will be done anonymously, but I think huge investment in crypto have also been filtered by means of KYC system and that alone is big help of minimizing money laundering.

I think the crime committed by using bitcoin because the criminals think the police will be difficult to control, decentralized bitcoin, but that does not mean the bitcoin cause of the criminal but the wrong people use bitcoin itself.

In every sector there will be a culprit. If we count them as major then nothing can happen. We just have to find a way out to prevent it. Think about the sweet. If we cant keep it safe, it will be eaten by ant. There is no fault of the sweet. Just find the way to prevent it and use it for the good

Its quite unfortunate that Bitcoin have sometimes been related to crime, to some point, money lunderes have taken advantage of Bitcoins effective blockchain technology to cover the tracks to their illegal activities which has unfortunately led to banning of bitcoins in a number of countries,,Bitcoin however is an open platform and does not regulate on who uses it, its free fr everyone to use and it cannot be claimed that BTC is he cause of these criminal activities, these are things that were happening long before BTC and will still be in existence if BTC was to come to an end

Criminals are very wise when it comes in doing crimes. Technology now is there target to make crimes. As we all know, the world is run by technology. Every country in the world, everywhere in the world, we can see technology. Technology is every people's life. Without technology specifically the Internet, we can't communicate, we can't live. There are also criminals in the internet, these are what we called "Scammers". They break into the internet to get people's informations and use it to get money and etc. Now, even though cryptocurrencies like bitcoin is not yet made or invented, Crime is everwhere. That is life. We can't escape it. All we need to do is to be smarter than the criminals.

Bitcoin does not have any role in the criminal activities. There was criminal activities before bitcoin's formation.  It is not easy to track illegal transactions, but I didn't think that bitcoin will do harmful to the society. Criminals are using bitcoin as medium of exchange. Media and government is against  bitcoins,  because they have no role in determining the price level of bitcoin. Supreme authority of bitcoin is vested with its users.

Just because bitcoin is being abused by criminal organizations does not mean that bitcoin is nothing now but a criminal's gold. The anonymity and privacy bitcoin provided over its users became a great way for criminals to carry on their transactions. BUT I don't think bitcoin has now became a bad cryptocurrency. To be honest Conventional Currency has been used more in criminality than bitcoin is.

I strongly agree with your opinion that many criminals use bitcoin, which is why the government does not legalize bitcoin because it is difficult to control bitcoin transactions, but it is not a crime created by bitcoin, but the community and the people themselves who use bitcoin in places wrong. Not only with bitcoin with fiat money was a lot of crime.

By using bitcoin, criminals easily make transactions without being noticed by anyone though the government. the transaction here can not be traced, therefore the government does not legalize bitcoin.

I think to put a solution to this, teams at Bitcoin should work with police forces or police forces should implement a department pertaining to illegal transactions in cryptocurrency. This way they can have a person inside the flow to monitor transactions or to monitor suspicious people that can possibly illegal.

Regarding the news about bitcoin being abused by criminals to relay their illegal transactions especially the ones that are mediated to the internet, I don't think it shpuld outshadow bitcoin's benefits and give it a bad reputation. First of all, fiat money is more connected to crime than bitcoin. A lot of crimes committed is somewhat linked to money.

Users of Bitcoin and other crypto's need to be extra careful when transacting. Making use of the authy app is a good way to stop hackers. Also when sending coin, please always cross check to know you are sending to the right source, i once recieved over $500 from an unknown sender, which i guess was an error in transaction but overall, one has to be on the watch and be security conscious at all times. We can all help the Bitcoin community if we are always at red alert

I think bitcoin is not responsible for this. Criminal does its crime somehow and everywhere. Before bitcoin here is a crime already exists. so crime can happen anywhere and anytime

One of the disadvantages of bitcoin is this, as it can be used by anyone, many people used it in this kind of manner. So instead of bitcoin having a good reputation eventually it'll be called scam because people use bitcoin to get their victims by investing to them. Some used bitcoin to buy and sell drugs, worst some use bitcoin for human trafficking.

Yes Agree, bitcoin is also by used criminal and i this is just normal because any forms of money can be used in illegal activities., criminal like hackers and terrorists and illegal traders will always finds its way to get what they want and even banks which protected by high security are also victim of bad people.
