A few more questions/issues. First, I want to use a pool other than slush's pool. So I got the ip and entered in in the Ip address field. Then I entered my worker and pass, and ran the stratum proxy, the the proxy will not connect.
Second, I am running some usb block explorers from the same computer that I downloaded the stratum proxy and when ever the proxy is running, bfg tries to change to slushe's pool, even though I have it and the cube set to a different pool. does the cube require a seperate computer that is not mining with other mining equipment? If so, how do I get two of them to run together? Are they not expandable like the USB? (Maybe expandable is not the right word. hopefully you understand.)
I can't really help you with Slush's proxy, as I just BFGMiner as a proxy.

BFGminer under windows 64 bit cannot be a proxy. You don't need a separate computer but will need BFGminer for the Block erupters and miner-proxy for the cube then use miner proxy to run the cube you can point it to a different pool it just defalts to slush's So cube has Miners user:pass set to new pool's id (need 2 can be same) pool addresses are Both set to your PC (need 2 can be same) I make a bat file to run the proxy I put pause at end so I can see exit messages. D:\Coin_Wallets\Miners\mining_proxy.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool1.us.multipool.us -p 8888 -gp 8330 pauseOn linux Mac RasPI etc you can just add proxy info to BFGMiner.

Anybody had an issue with fuses going bad? I had one melt on cube this morning. I took it apart, cleaned everything out, and then re-assembled it. Everything is working fine now.
I had two separate fuses melt/blow ( 2 separate cubes) after running 24 hours. Replaced them and have not had any more issues. Might just be cheap fuses they were shipped with. Someone also pointed out the PS may not be putting out enough volts so more current is being pulled so you can check the voltage with a volt meter. I am now running three machines on one PS and haven't had any issues for 2 weeks. I got woken up at 5:30am this morning by the sound of my smoke detector going off in my bedroom and the horrible smell of burning plastic. I soon discovered that the fuse on one of my cubes had blown and partially melted. I cleaned it up and replaced the fuse, now that cube won't stay on high mode. I've disconnected and reconnected the 6pin cables and clicked update/restart a few times and it always reverts back to low. Any ideas to get it to stay on high? I would assume those cubes out there that have not had their individual blade 4-heatsink screws tightened when they get into a heavy hashing session could blow the fuses and do damage to either the chips or components and therefore not likely hash on high again. May try to tighten the 4-heatsink screws if have not done so already.

I have been at this for almost 7 hours and am no closer to getting connected to a pool than when I began. Is there a step-by-step guide somewhere that assumes NO knowledge of how any of this works? So far I have two VERY expensive paper weights and would like to get something out of this besides a headache.

Well I have spent another three hours with a little success but I am still not connected.
I have the following settings
IP: 192.168.1.200 Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (also tried 0.0.0.0) WEB Port 8000 Primary DNS : 192.168.10.108 (my wifi IP) Secondary DNS: 192.168.10.108 Pool ports 8332,8332 Pool addresses 183.107.212.103,183.107.212.103 (my computers ip address) I also tried the ip address of the pool's server. Miners user:pass worker.pass X 2
I then set up bfgminer with a bat file to run the stratum proxy
The settings in that are
mining_proxy.exe -o stratum+tcp://uk1.ghash.io -p 3333
Which results in the following error.

this is wrong. you comp IP is different, if you got router, login and check who is conneted and what IP got your laptop. should be something like 192.168.1.X what you wrote is external IP and this is not what you looking for.

Miners user:pass worker.pass X 2
blade ip : 192.168.10.x
I am sure there is something wrong with ip.
or blade ip
172.30.1.x
or blade ip

My Primary DNS is set as my Gateway address (192.168.1.1) and my secondary is set as Google's DNS (8.8.8. . You can try your Gateway address (192.168.10.1) and Google DNS.

I'll try, but I have another question. Why do I have to reset my router IP address everytime I want to access the configuration page? Isn't there a way to use 192.168.1.200:8000 without setting the router address? This whole thing is very frustrating.

You only need to change your router IP address temporarily once. After you set the cube address to something like 192.168.10.xxx, you should be able to see on your network. If your gateway IP is 192.168.10.1 and you set your Cube to 192.168.1.200, you will NOT see it. Change the Cubes IP address to 192.168.10.200.

So... My cube has been working on LOW clock mode for over one week with average 28-32 GH/s. Since yesterday it dropped to 19-21 GH/s. I have not changed anything. I use Corsair TX-750. What happened ?

I got one of the cubes running, but now have another problem.
I bought two cubes. The one I got running ia the second of the two. I originally started this process with the other cube, but got really frustrated and disconnected it and connected the second one, which is now working.
So, I reconnected the first cube and am trying to get it configured. The problem now is that I cannot get connected to the config page at 192.168.1.200:8000, which is why I switched cubes in the first place.
I have changed my gateway IP, my main router ip and nothing works. It just won't connect. Is there a way to reset the cube's ip back to 192.168.1.254:8000 and begin afreash?
Could this be a power issue? I am using the same power supply for this cube as the one that now works. (not together--only one cube is on the PSU ATM)

You can reset the cube by sticking a paperclip into the reset hole near the ethernet jack. Remember you will need to temporarily reset your router to 192.168.1.1 to see the Cube. After your change the Cube's IP address, presumably to 192.168.10.201 (or something like this), you will have to reset your router back to 192.168.10.1.
you get it now?

So... My cube has been working on LOW clock mode for over one week with average 28-32 GH/s. Since yesterday it dropped to 19-21 GH/s. I have not changed anything. I use Corsair TX-750. What happened ?
Are there X's instead of O's one the cube page? You can reset the cube by sticking a paperclip into the reset hole near the ethernet jack. Remember you will need to temporarily reset your router to 192.168.1.1 to see the Cube. After your change the Cube's IP address, presumably to 192.168.10.201 (or something like this), you will have to reset your router back to 192.168.10.1.
you get it now?
Thank you. I will give that a try.

Like I said, I have one mining now, but it is only getting 14ghs. I am hoping that will change with time. Now that I know it will work, my main concern is getting the second cube working.
