Where can I find info on CENT? I want to set up a page about it on my blog (http://bitcoinops.com) and start a giveaway.

Thanks!

BTC & LTC are long time transaction, CENT shall target short time transaction market. Any idea?

Alright everyone, I've been talking with shake about pennies and we've come up with a couple solutions. I'll let you know more when i iron out some details.

It would be great if PENNIES/CENT worked again. I cannot even open the wallet! I downloaded the zip but when I open it, the piggybank stays minimised in the tray and never fully opens.

The_Catman, any news of the solutions for this yet? Please let us know. Thank you.

You downloaded the v0.9.7 wallet, I don't know why that was ever released. Get the functional (v0.9.6) wallet here: https://github.com/RazorLove/binaries/blob/master/Piggybank-0.9.6.0-Qt.zip

Thank you The_Catman for your help. The client took ages to load up but once it did it just downloaded a few days backlog and was up and running fine, all sync. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Just a quick question please:

When CENT is back up and running properly, will all existing coins still be usable? I see that cryptsy is allowing trade using XPM but not LTC. Bter allows trade on CENT using LTC but does not allow users to upload CENT to their balance. In this case, what happens to existing CENT? I mean, if someone has an existing CENT balance of say 1000CENT then when everything is up and running again will those 1000CENT be either diversified or consolidated in to smaller or larger coins, or will they simply remain 1000CENT and will be able to be traded on exchanges such as cryptsy and Bter as normal without being increased or decreased in size by decimal points?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

I know, I know... but the thing is I cannot help it because even though I am an absolute gentleman... I also happen to be a CheekyChappy after all:)

Where? Link please

On Cryptsy - https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/118 CENT/XPM pair went from 0.00000002 to 0.00000009 in 1 day. CENT/LTC is still at 0.00000001, but sell wall of over 4000LTC is gone. Come on CENT!!!

Thanks for the info but what happens if the coins get consolidated by decimal places when the system is back to normal? That will lose value for lots of people.

This all seems kind of sketchy.

I have some pennies sitting on my Cryptsy account and I made a sell order of a small portion of it for 0.00000002, it has been about half an hour and no buyers

There is far more activity on the XPM exchange for CENTS instead of the LTC.

However, the point to be noted is that yesterday there was nothing with regards to activity for CENTS on LTC and now there is activity. People are interested again!

As mentioned by Seek4Dream, with the price being so low who knows where this is going! We will know within a few hours if there will be anything substantive to come from this. We hope for steep climb on the graph Smiley

https://bter.com/trade/cent_ltc: CENT are selling for 0.00000016 and buying for 0.00000018 (LTC)
https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/97: CENT are selling for 0.00000002 and buying for 0.00000002 (LTC)

Does anyone know why there is a huge disparity between the prices at two different exchanges? I know that Bter does not allow depositing of CENT, so does that have anything to do with the price difference?

Obviously. Since no one can come and dump the price down, it'll stay up. The whole exchange is pretty shady anyway.

Yessss thank you !!! I bought 1 billion cents for 30xpm and now they are worth 120xpm!! I had a great feeling they would come back Smiley I can't want to be a millionaire Smiley can we get it on coin marketcap website? Is there a live total supply website ?? If we can get the total supply and comment on this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199685.0 asking Gliss to add cent they well raise exponentially even faster then anything since they are so cheap still. Gliss is reasonable and will add it as long as he's provided with an up to date total supply link!! Lets hope for the best and buy as much as you still can !

I signed up but do not used it. Even with all the hassles and flaws it has, I use cryptsy
