If you hold a coin for only one month I think it's not a long term, because there are some coins that have an annual cycle like BTC.

Personally i would love to choose long term trading also because it doesn’t demand time to watch market fluctuations all the time. It won’t affect my daily routine and schedules i used to do, only the time will bring you to profit earning, as the time goes by your money invested in longterm trading will surely reap profits
