I hate that SealsWithClubs.eu did away with their hourly free rolls. With that and the site security scare I haven't re-deposited and stopped playing poker here. Just not worth the risk imo.

Can we please get some new tournaments? The schedule is in desperate need of an overhaul and many more tourneys. Recently many tournaments have been removed and nothing has been added for a long time. I really think a lot of opportunities are being missed especially during prime hours and weekends too. I think having more than 1 tournament starting at a time would be good too, a lower buyin and a medium-big.

Add some things like:

10 chip nightly 250 Guaranteed
Nightly 50 Deep 500 Guaranteed
2 chip 25 Guaranteed
15 chip 6 max 100 Guaranteed
1 chip WTA
20 chip deep (this was popular during prime hours)
5 chip rebuy 100 Guaranteed
25 chip 250 Guareneed
1 chip 10 Guaranteed

Also going to make saturday 500 and sunday 1k a 3k chip stack.  seems right.  Those will likely be changed next week.



Saw there was a complaint about disconnection.  I test SwC from many different devices and connections and I leave it up as much as I can to monitor it myself.  I very, very rarely get disconnected these days.  I do hear stories of others having it happen to them, and it is very hard to rule out user error, so we simply must stand by our "play at your own risk" policy while trying to provide the very best service we can.

Correct you don't get rakeback for tournament fees.  A lot of the tourneys have overlays so you can think of it as a way the site compensates itself.  Sat 5k yest had 37 runners meaning 1300 overlay, perfect example.

Support emailed me back.  It is the square root of the fee rounded down to the lower tenth and multiplied by 2.  They said they are updating the promo page and provided me a link to the explanation which I can not navigate to from the main page.

The structure problem is an argument that for the most part has been ignored.  I brought up this issue a few weeks ago and heard nothing but crickets.  They don't seem to care that the structure for a lot of the higher buy-in tournaments is bad.  Why does the Saturday 5K guaranteed have a better structure than the Sunday Big BTC 20K guaranteed?

I do appreciate the connection issues being fixed, so that's definitely something positive.

I was asking about krill earned for tournaments as I couldn't find it on the website.  I emailed support and they responded.  My post about that is 3 posts before yours.

As far as disconnects, when this happens the pc client closes and I am prompted to send an error report.  This only happens when I am in a game, never when only the lobby is open.  It can happen once or twice an hour.  XP hard wired very fast intertubes.  It has been going on for months and when I contacted x a while back I got no response.  Whether or not I have detect disconnect selected or not makes no difference.

I had stopped playing for a while and recently came back.  Who knows for how long.  I have AA and there is a raise and a call in front of me, please don't disconnect PLEASE
