Just try to change your mind about yourself and others, try to think another ways.

How to cope with stress
When you are under a lot of pressure, try a distracting technique like watching a funny video, as a distraction. The depressed mind will be liberated and focus on the funny things that trigger laughter. All the nerves and muscles of the body become more relaxed and neutral again.

I try to make my self relaxed first. At the time of stress, I try to do the things which I love to do and enjoy doing that and or most of the time when I feel stress I start to watch a movie mainly comedy movie and laugh out loud watching that movie it makes me feel comfortable.

I think that massage is the best cure of stress.
Sandly that most people foresee the term “erotic massage” as an immoral act out of human’s sexual boundaries because of the wrong doings of some erotic massage parlors offering sexual services. You can follow the link to make sure that it's not true. Erotic massage has many health benefits which includes the following.

It helps treat premature ejaculation
Personal growth
Relieves stress
Treats anxiety and other psychological problems
Regulates the blood flow in the body
Relaxes the muscles and builds strength

Practice of the meditation and yoga. Yoga is the best solution for your problem and it can get you back from the all the stress factors and sleeping also helps you to relieve the stress.

Answer on this is very easy. When you think that you have many problems, just relax, breathe deeply and, then think on something positive, do not let problems to get into your head again, so just continue same as before. Try also with sport or do something what you love. That can help for sure. At least I think so.

Since I discovered meditation it really helps me to deal with stress. Also going to the gym or excercise is always good.

One presentation I saw, that I thought was very interesting, discussed how your own view on stress can also help to relieve the effects of stress or make them worse. If you accept stress as a natural process that helps you to perform better, the effects on your body are much less harmful. So your own attitude towards stress can also help you.
