It's easy enough, you do not really think about the problem you're having, because every problem there must be a way out, do not overload your mind, think good and positive, remove enough stress with how you solve the problem.

Walking around, especially in the seaside, alone. It really helps. Also sleeping, if possible, is a good solution to deal with stress.

When you think that you have many problems, just relax, breathe deeply and, then think on something positive, do not let problems to get into your head again, so just continue same as before. Try also with sport or do something what you love. That can help for sure.

Cycle, run, do cardio. You'll be better in more than one way as you keep on it. Don't pay for fitness centers because that can be another cause for stress.
When you are stress prayer is the best antidote. When I am stress I used to go place wherein there are many flowery plants and sometimes just go on mall.

There's this app I discovered last year, Calm. I was hospitalized due to stress and upon going home, I saw this app and so I tried it. It has different sessions for staying calm, sleeping better, how to cope with stress and anxiety, and many more. It also has other features like for meditating. The cool thing is, though there are some sessions that needs to be purchased, there's also a ton of free sessions so you aren't forced to pay for the app. It's been a great help for me and I've been using it up until now.

There are different wYs to deal with stress. Simply stay away from the one that makes you stress, or if you are a dog lover just hug them dogs are best stress reliever.

If you aren't against ti then maybe you should get some medical marijuana it's great to chill with a spliff before dinner it will really make you relaxed and forget your problems.

Do what you really love. If your stressed out with something and you love going to the mall and drink coffee in a coffee shop do it. It will help you to lessen the stress that your feeling.

I used to feel stressed with my work, but I often calm my mind with a cold mountain bath. While roasting a mountain chicken made me relax slightly from my stress.

How to cope with good stress in my opinion is to get rid of bad thoughts, stay away from bad habits, avoid dirty competition .. do something positive and good ..
