Sometime i want to jump out the real life, don't need anything, let it is as it want to..But is's only in my mind, too hard to become..
At this moment, if I can't go to travel, I will take a little time to read book, listen a song, then think nothing and go to bed..
Tomorrow will be a new day, I still have to continue..

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

So, hows it going so far? Did you recover?
As for the question, it is quite helping to keep in mind that the situation will not last forever. And, well, perform some actions to change some things you can change by yourself. Sometimes asking for help is also not bad idea, but chose wisely who to consult with.

Stress can be avoided by recreation such as sightseeing, reading books, listening to Christian songs. Being positive in situations. Praying to God and mingling with friends.

you must try to go on vacation first to make your mind lighter, fresher and quieter, so you can feel comfortable sleeping.

In life, everyone  have  stresses. There are many reasons for stress. It can be stressful because of work or affection. Each person will have a different way of dealing with stress. in my way, When i am stress , I close my eyes and relax. I go out to the garden to breathe fresh air, listen to my favourite songs. After 30 minutes, i can be ready to back the work

You can use several ways here to overcome and eliminate stress:
1. Reframing - Reinvigorate what happens more positively
2. Look at the big picture-what exactly happens if it happens in a month or 1 year what's better?
3. Set your standards-create standards that are easy to achieve and not too grandiose
If it does not work, then you need further action as a way to cope and relieve stress. The trick is to do hypnotherapy therapy.

1. Lifestyle Changes.
Exercise regularly.
Get enough sleep.
Eat properly.
Learn to relax.
Practice yoga and meditation.
Do things you love.
2. Mental Activities.
Avoid negative thinking.
Organize your life.
Identify the things that put you under stress.
Stop worrying about the things you cannot change.
Take responsibility for making your life what you want it to be.
Develop a sense of humor.
Learn to lean on friends and loved ones.
Have more positive self talk.
3. Stand Up for Yourself.
If someone is threatening you and you have stress and anxiety, stand up to them and tell them how you feel.
Tell someone you trust about your stress and tell them everything that is bothering you.
Get something like a stress relief ball or if you having a punching bag, go there everyday and yell at it or punch it.

I suggest you keep moving, set aside some time for activities such as walking, yoga, and fun sport. Talk to people ask for help. Take the time to plan at least one fun activity every day like watch a movie, draw, paint, read a good book or play with a pet. I hope it helps.
