You do what you have to do, because no one else is going to do it for you, or appreciate your own efforts. There's a lot more good than bad on the whole, setting several small goals that you can work on, so if you don't succeed at the same rate in one, you always have your other ones to complete. I also have an attitude that no one is going to bring me down or give someone, be it a boss, or whomever, to have that much control over my time or life. You take time to be with your friends, spouse, partner, and really enjoy the time with them. But there will be times that stress and anxiety may temporarily get the best of you, so get help from a therapist or doctor. When you're down, the only place to go is up, no sense wallowing in misery, that's a waste of time.

Doing things you enjoy is a natural way to relieve stress and find your happy place. Even when you’re down, you may find pleasure in simple things like going for a walk, catching up with a friend, or reading a good book. When stress makes you feel bad, do something that makes you feel good, even if only for 10 or 15 minutes. The key is to find your groove and make it a practice. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you may start to feel better once you disrupt the cycle of stress.

There is a saying to get drunk and forget, but this is not an option, just do other things, load yourself into the business, you and stress will have no time to think

Dealing with stress is not easy. You have to be very patient. When you feel stress you should go out for a walk. Do some thing relaxing works. Such as listening to music. Talking with friends... Working out etc.

Based on my opinion, you can play game / watch movie / listen music when you feel stress, but the stress still there if the problem didn't solve. So i think the best way to deal with stress is solve the problem quickly that make you stress. Don't delay it or do other non-sense thing

There are different ways of dealing with stress but we need to find out the cause or source of that stress. Is the stress caused by overwork or psychological stress or external stress from other people. If it is overwork then we need to take enough rest, if other causes of such stress are avoidable then we should.

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.

if again the stress of early morning to the sea, the breeze of the soothing wind can flex the tense muscles, coupled with the cold water while swimming seemed to wash away all the problems, the waves are chasing the scene is very impressive.

Relax and breath in slowly. Try to think about something positive that makes you smile.

Stress is a state of mind, got to get out of it by changing what you think.

Travel is another way to relieve stress. Get out of your house and go somewhere that you really want to go and it is best that you are travelling with friends.
