Stress are often times caused by us. We often choose to do things just for temporary happiness or comfort. We stay late at night to watch our new found TV series. As an effect, we get up late for work and deal with the traffic. That's when stress comes in. However, when things get out of my control and I get stressed, I close my eyes and take a deep breath. Then I think of the positive things I can learn from the situation. I also learned to accept things the way they are. For example, there will be a week when I have tons of papers to read and edit. I understand now that it's inevitable for it is the nature of my work. So instead of complaining, I listen to my favorite playlist in Spotify and get my work done. Singing is a good way to let the tension out of the body. I choose lively, upbeat positive music. Since food can sway our hormones, food choice is also important. Chocolates keep me hyped. I also grab a hot chamomile tea for a good night sleep. When things come to worse, time management will be more valued. Instead of going out for a party with my friends, I always bargain if they can move it on a weekend. If they say "Yes", then good. If they say "No", then I have to decline. During rest days, I make sure I don't do work related stuff. I play videos games. I watch movies. I go out and play sports. Full body massage is also awesome. In relation to work, there are a lot of things to overcome stress.

Having sex or having sex with a partner is effective in reducing stress. Therefore, sex can balance the emotional health with mental health so it is very good to relieve stress. In fact, sex can release endorphins so that the body becomes more relaxed and fresh. In addition, sex also has other benefits that are very good for health

Stress always rises up in each and everything that we do on a daily basis.
It has become one of us and we can not live without having to undergo it in one or more situation.
I do believe that the best thing you can always do is trying to figure out the total cause of stress you are having.

Be always surrounded by people who love you unconditionally and want to see you happy....like your parents, siblings, any close cousin or best friend, always talk to them about what and how are you feeling and keep letting out your fears, anxiety and doubts. They might not have an answer or solution to that but by continuously venting out your  stress, you will feel relived. Moreover, as a tested remedy, whenever you are stressed, go stand in the shower for a few minutes (mind you hot shower if it is winters Wink) , this would also help.

try to eat something sweet and watch funny videos this somehow will help you lessen the stress. on the other hand, to fully relieve yourself out of stress you need to deal with it as soon as possible, think of the way how to resolve it, cause after all your the only one who can understand your situation.

I remind myself about one of the most charismatic characters in video games industry - about Tommy Vercetti of GTA: Vuce City.

He used to say this in stressful situations:

 - Shut up. Sit down. Relax.

If I'm nervous, I say it to myself with his voice, then follow these commands - and it really helps!

I'd prescribe yoga, it helps or maybe just meditate for a while, that helps too.
But if those doesn't work,  then you need to visit a physician.

1. Quit caffeine, sometimes it's that simple.
2. Work out every day. Maybe something light but put 30 minutes in it (at a bare minimum)
3. Try to get 8-9 hours of sleep.
4. Practice deep breathing.
5. Do something with your hands. You can try to learn Guitar or the Piano, you can start drawing, carving miniature boats from a tree, you can even start knitting if you don't care about judgement  Grin. But things you focus on and do with your hands are the most relaxing activities

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
For me dealing with stress is not essay but you need to calm and relax your self dont overthink those things because it will cause you to stress and then later on you will depress. But my advice is you need to be calm and stay positive and keep fighting in life.

In this way may be relieving stress that is exercising. a body that is always fresh and fit, but it's not just physical alone that will be healthy with exercise. Mind that is complicated and stress can also be eliminated by doing sports. The body would be more relaxed when doing sports. The mind that was so stressful and chaotic, later after the sport will be better and relaxed. However, what physical activity would be good to relax the mind away from stress? There are various kinds of sports and physical activities that you should try so that you no longer stress yourself.

Don't do things that can make you stress occasionally.
If it is about your work, you must give time for yourself and relax.
When it's at night, give yourself a good sleep and not just go to sleep late at night all week long.

i read a comment before that said stop looking at bitcoin charts  Grin very true.

if you are looking daily at charts by all means try to stop.

but that aside, try taking walks, 30 mins every day to cool your head off. Meditate if you can, but a lot of people find this difficult.. so i suggest just taking a stroll. Working out takes off a BUNCH of stress, and can give you a strong feeling of relaxation, muscle relaxing and blows out a lot of steam that might be building up and triggering your anxiety and most importantly you will also sleep better as a result!
