have you heard of that monk that putten himself on fire in order to demonstrate, he didn't make a noise, he didn't even move, he died

that kind of concentration means we can to anything we want to as long as we focus hard enough

haha yeah, regarding games. stick away from COD, thats for sure. Pretty much most FPS. tf2 being an exception

you can kill them if you want you dont need tech for this you can refuse to feel something emotional but your heart can affect these burying your emotional feeling can cause heart attact anger sadness and all those feeling can cause heart failure search on it and you will find out why

I'd have to suggest that you try and be in control of your state of mind.  Have fun with it.  Like if you are feeling down, think of something that makes u laugh then something that makes you nervous etc.  I think being in control of your feelings is an excellent way to deal with stress.
