Did a transfer from cryptorush to cryptsy, finished in less than 1 minute. Did another from my wallet, also finished in less than a minute. MintPal? Who knows how long it will take.

FYI - also transferred MZC from mintpal to cryptsy - took about 5 minutes. Got lucky, bought on mintpal this morning, sold at double the price.

Has anyone got a suggestion for a config for a 6970? I normally get 480-500KH/s on scrypt, but using "normal" type settings Im getting like 48kh/s, or with very strange settings I am up to 62kh/s after hours of tweaking. Its got me stumped.
