To whom it may concern:

There's a noticeable lack of action since yesterday evening (europe) from the TAK folks.
Do they have a trick up their sleeve?
If so, get prepared to maybe throw a last buck at cryptsy because they so love coins. As for love and hate, votes and money always meddle together. They probably have some sort of affair. Whatever.

Who's in line?

I wrote this last night, so yes i am in line with you :

Guy's and Girls we are back on nr 1 !

But the difference between UTC an Takei is not more then 1,0 or 1,5 BTC of buying votes.
That's not to much difference and we must be aware they will start a counteraction soon.

BigVern twitter that he would add 1 or 2 new coins in the morning of 7 march.
So that's still remaining like 16 or 18 hours to go in USA if i am right.

---> This will be my last call, if somebody else want to remind the community of buying votes please do.

Do it many times.
And do it well.

SO TO EVERYBODY, PLEASE SECURE OUR NR 1 PLACE AT THE VOTING LIST BY ;

1: ---> put (big or small) donations on the Cryptsy address for buying UTC votes (if you can and want)
2: ---> give your vote at the Cryptsy voting list
3: ---> keep Twitter the news of voting and that UTC is nr 1 on Cryptsy list

You're right

I think they're editing which API they're using, it's still there, without stats:

ya Nitro heavy supports UTC and wants people to spread hashes so the NET-Rate keeps up even if a pool goes down.

I have a ready to use SMOS/BAMT for UTC if you're interested.

Which is better mine in a pool with a lot of miners or mine in a pool with a few miners?

Pool with more miners would find blocks more often, but every reward has to be split into
more peaces.

More miners -> more often a smaller reward

Less miners -> less often, but higher reward

You should get the same in the end of the day.

Coins should be picked in 4-8 hours.
CT didn't come out with news, but I hope they wait until V2 of their trading platform is finished and have a proper relaunch.

@bumface: try to get CoinMarketCap to fix the UTC stats soon, today is a very important day for UTC.
I twittered them about it but don't know that they'll notice it.

If you want to get 50 coins per block, you have to solomine. Pool doesn't work like that. Except that on Nitro there is very small possibility to get whole 50 coins when your shares are the only ones in the round.

Have you verified in your transactions list if said block was orphaned by any chance? -If so there go your hopes.

The number of coins u get is not block finder related, it's share related. That's the whole idea of a pool
