Weak hands. Smiley People often forget that BTC was worth fractions of a penny for a VERY long time before growing. And that's fine. We want natural, steady growth. Of course, everybody wants to get rich quick, but its not a desirable route when attempting to break the mold. UTC is doing just that. The momentum is slow, yes, but it is consistent and gaining traction. In due time, my friends.

When bitcoin went up in value there wasn't another 200 crypto for people to chose from! And in 6 months there will be probably another 200 for buyers to chose from! Also there is no momentum unless u count backwards momentum! Week on week the price is sliding!! No one is interested in buying Ultracoin. It's that simple. UTC needs more volume! Why is Ultracoin breaking the mould? What is been done? Tell us we would be interested to buy more! I ask as I'm concerned and want UTC to succeed! But you play games with the community. And it seems the founder/coordinator needs a huge kick up the arse! What's stopping him putting on daily updates like the blackcoin founder? Even if there's no news that day just a little recap on the week or something. After that conference he was full of energy but that soon faded. If he can't be bothered to do things why should anyone else. From reading posts I am under the impression DCGirl is doing all this work for UTC for free & holds a small wallet of UTC. If she can do it with a full time job and has a family to care for what are the other members of the team doing who have no full time jobs other than using there time to volunteer working for an exchange for free whist they could be helping UTC.

Believe me, we all understand your concerns and you've brought up very valid points. We do have internal re-structuring to tend to and we do need to be a bit more pro-active. That's absolutely correct. However, what I can tell you that is that while it may seem like we've run into a slump, back-end operations are still proceeding as scheduled. Our growth plan is being refined and our strategies in execution being made more efficient with each passing hour. Then again, you are once more correct in your observation. The only way you'd know this is if you were told. That's something we need to fix. A strategic transference is imminent in the structure of this organization and once that change takes place, we are hoping to establish UTC as a valid and viable option to engage in business and investment affairs.

I used AMD driver removal tool and reinstalled to the latest catalyst drivers. It doesn't seem like anything has changed, a lot of the settings you guys are giving me cause the GPU's to fail.

This is peculiar... I tried downloading a fresh version of Ultracoin-miner, I set on my desktop and tried using my usual .bat and I got no accepted shares plus hardware errors. The file size of the files in the new and old ultracoin-miner folders are the exact same, the only difference is there are a over a dozen more .BIN files in the old one? With the new ultracoin-miner I get the same GPU failure problems with other settings though.

It may not have anything to do with the current UTC prices, but I heard that people who have mined dafuq coin got their coins stolen and any other crypto they had. I also saw that some crypto sites were shut down because they tried listing the crypto.

Maybe try with just one card in your BAT file not four and see if it changes anything. BTW I use driver ver. 13.12 on 64 bit OS (Win 7 and Win 8.1) or check this advice:

no one to help me HuhHuh any one can help me i have this setup --scrypt-jane --worksize 128 -g 2 --lookup-gap 3 --thread-concurrency 41440 -I 11 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultracoinpool.info:3333 -u xxxx -p xxx --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600

i have r9 280 and when i launch ultracoinminer.exe i can see an error but can't read he shut down to fast i have pick my estup here http://ultracoin.net/configgen_raw.html

download from here :
https://sites.google.com/site/rmdavidson/

Kalroth CGminer with integrated Scrypt-Jane support
cgminer-3.7.3-kalroth-sj0.03.zip

setx GPUMAXALLOCPERCENT 100
setx GPUUSESYNC_OBJECTS 1
del *.bin
cgminer.exe --scrypt-jane -o stratum+tcp://anygoodpool -u xxx -p xxx --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 -w 256 -g 2 -I 12 --thread-concurrency 32768 --no-submit-stale --lookup-gap 4 --expiry 10 --scan-time 1 --queue 0

or use YACMiner 3.5.0-yac2 from:
https://github.com/Thirtybird/YACMiner/releases

and use settings in here :
http://www.ultracoin.net/configgen_raw.html

or search jakiman settings for YACminer here :

On first page :
Quote
Block reward: 50, halving every 990,000 blocks
We are at block #281106, reward is at 15 since block 240000.
I'm ok with that, just need an explanation on what rule that coin is following for block reward, because the 1st page is totally wrong (and should be updated).

Thanks.

Haha, no we are here. We are fixing this oversight in several places, as well as some other changes (pointers to ultracoin, instead of ultracoin-2 in links to the source, etc.).

Thanks

It was showing almost 100% load, when I checked "mininginfo" it first read 264 hashpersec, but when I checked again it was reading O hashpersec?
