what is connection between DASH and zerocash?
Zerocash will turn DASH to ash Zerocash will render DASH anonymity technology phased out rendering DASH to a single function... as a HYIP (High-yield investment program) ponzi, aka Masternodes

No connection. These are two different projects that have different markets and don't compete with each other.

No connection. These are two different projects that have different markets and don't compete with each other. Dash has no connection. We have privacy as one of our many features and are heading toward mainstream adoption. Monero is the coin that competes with zero cash as they are both solely anonymity focused. Based on the team that's working on Zero cash, monero is finished.

If there is a back door to Bitcoin's cryptography, basically someone would be able to unlock a few accounts, maybe. This has nothing to do with privacy and I would think stealing wallets via old fashioned hacking techniques would reward a thief much faster and easier. regardless, all crypto currencies are far more secure than fiat. In the end, the only cryptocurrency that is making inroads toward mass adoption is Dash. That's the bottom line, and nobody can touch Evolution for ease of use, accessibility with security and privacy/fungibility to boot. Perfection? No. There is no such thing, especially with human beings involved. Stupidity firewalls and ease of use? Definitely! And if a person uses basic security measures (keeping bulk of funds in a safe offline wallet, good password creation and hygiene etc...) they increase their security to an almost infinite degree.

The price has dropped for some days, actually I wanted to see Dash had its ATH, which is 0.028. That's interesting. Maybe will see it next time.

ICEBREAKER, buddy, I still need your help. Please de-anonymize this transaction that was obscured by the "flawed CoinJoin implementation" that has "not been peer-reviewed" and help me to figure out the source address of these funds! The good news is that it only went through four rounds of this "DarkSend," so it will be orders of magnitude easier to figure out than if it had been through all eight. Thank goodness for small miracles! Please help me figure this out! It's URGENT!!! Dash De-anonymization ContestIcebreaker and other trolleros: I have donated $1 to Monero's development team. I sent 0.25 Dash (TX ID: 59d51690d4b56ddbf1e393fa8d3a49bcfc3247f270f36be3b6ee411802666cba-000) to shapeshift.io, which converted it to Bitcoin and sent it to the official Monero donation address listed at https://getmonero.org/getting-started/donate/. I challenge you to de-anonymize this transaction. To make it just a little easier, I only used four rounds of Darksend, so it's exponentially less private than it would be with the maximum eight rounds. Please tell me what address this transaction originated from. Cheers!

I'm not sure why we keep engaging these idiots. There are hundreds of coins out there and the one that is mentioned and at times more then DASH in our own forum is those clowns. We must realize they are trying to ride our cost tails for some free publicity.

Half the support was pulled and 900 BTC worth of Dash instantly dumped into the market. Shakeout or "0.02, see you next year"?
Looks like I should have sold when I initially thought. Dash could keep dropping and hen buy back in. Looks like a traders pump and dump. Missed the boat. It could drop back to 0.01 For me it's still not too late but it's a tough decision It's a tough decision, and if you really believe in Dash, a scary one. Yes, we've seen this before, recently in early 2015 when we hit .0245. If you had sold everything then and bought back six months later at .0055, you'd have made a fortune. For me, the risk is always "What if this is the real thing?" Sure could be just a pump...but one of these days, with the fundamental work we're doing on Dash (as Daniel mentioned), we're going to experience a revaluation rather than a pump. Maybe that's happening now, or maybe it happens in a year...but one of these days we're going to sail past $15 and just keep going. I'd hate to be wrong about that one. Sell at $15 and rebuy at $8 and you like look a genius. Sell at $15 and FOMO back in at $40 (or worse, never buy back in, as you wait for a correction that never comes), and not so much... https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BmfW0YGYrnWxRDsW3W3SQy2xdIqi2sArjP1hkiiuUsI/edit?usp=sharingEach month we're gaining momentum, we started at about $13k/mo in October 2015 and currently next month we're going to have over $100k to spend. This is fantastic, it shows we can grow the ecosystem and as we do, we'll have more and more funding available for the next projects. The model is working, it's exciting. There's a definite relationship between making good investments for the network and the price appreciation, I believe they are causal.
