That explains it all! So as a previous investor in Dash, you either:

a) Bought at the height of the May 2014 bubble and sold near the bottom, like ICEBREAKER;
b) Sold awhile ago and are now angry because if you had held on to your stake it would be worth drastically more than it was when you sold it.

So option b) then...you doubled your money but could have quadrupled it. That's enough to give anybody sour grapes!

I could only have made 4x had I bought in earlier (which wasn't possible), and anyway, I wouldn't be comfortable holding DASH long-term as there are several "Swords Of Damocles" hanging over it. 2X is absolutely fine with me, even great as I doubled a lot of money. That explains it all! So as a previous investor in Dash, you either:

c) Since you seem so concerned about the "legality" of Dash, perhaps you got involved in some sketchy activity, used Dash to pay for it, and then got caught?

Suggestion to reduce PrivateSend and InstantSend fees

The good news is the price has doubled in the last 2 months.  That has also pushed up our fees and now would be a good time to address it.  

Right now a PrivateSend could cost $1.30 (0.1 Dash)depending on how it rounds up.  The lowest denomination is 0.1, which all PrivateSend transactions need to be rounded up to for a transaction.  Adding the .01 denomination lowers this to a reasonable 13 cents.  

The current cost of an InstantSend transaction is 13 cents (.01 Dash).  The Canada DashNDrink machine is weeks away from going into service.  This is a high fee for a low cost item like a soda.  Changing the fee to be 0.001 will make those fees a more reasonable 1.3 cents.

Can these fee changes be added in 12.1?  Or even a release before with the mixing changes?

Speaking of proposals....This isn't a budget proposal but it is indeed a proposal.   Please provide some input so we can get this moving.

We may also want to change the cost to mix coins from 0.01 to 0.001.  

Appreciate your input.   FYI, I have already talked with Evan and he requested a post here to review.

I'm certainly in favor of any reduction in fees that doesn't open the door for Sybil attacks. Both of these sound good to me!

Exactly my thoughts, if security isn't compromised go for it. Hoping this will be the first of many fee reductions in the future
