Can someone tell me what the average price is of a Dash transaction ?

I remember sending some last year for what I thought was a penny but just recently sent some from a ledger and it was 11 cents. Not that 11 cents is alot its just more than I thought it should be

Were you using the latest wallet?  0.12.2.2 makes it 0.00001 of a Dash which should be 1.1 cent?  If you're not using a core wallet, or an updated wallet, that might be the problem

Thank you for the reply. It was from my ledger nano s. I would hope that they are running the latest software to send Dash. Previously it was from a Jaxx wallet which I no longer use

To be honest as dash litecoin and other currency become better than bitcoin i only use all other currency bitcoin takes to long cost too much in transactions and is ran by idiots

Many altcoin markets have maintained price relationship with BTC..
with numerous markets appearing to produce lower highs after crashing from record highs and bouncing in concert with bitcoin.
ETH is consolidating at approximately $710 after bouncing up to $765 area..
LTC is consolidating at approximately $245 after bouncing up the to $285 area..
Dash is trading for approximately $1080 after bouncing up to $1200..
XMR is trading for roughly $345 after bouncing up to approximately $410..
and ZEC is trading for around $465 after testing bouncing to test resistance at $600.

no. there are better, safer solutions than POS. last i checked POW based collatralized mining was on the roadmap at some point. you get the same benefits as POS (energy reduction) but without the risk, and you maintain all the monetary and security advantages of POW.

Icey is a big LN fan so he must not approve of those.
