Didn't the hardfork already happen with the exception of the darkwallet stuff pushed to the 25th? People keep saying a few hours but pretty sure the timer zeroed out a few hours ago.

Hard fork : 31 blocks, 1.3 hours passed, pchMessageStart change : 2.8 hours passed, Masternode payment start : 258.1 hours left.

You're saying that it is overpriced? You're wrong then. I guess this is just people buying up before the hardfork. We will see the price at the end of the week. I don't expect it go down much, if at all.

Ill be more specific then, if that 26BTC buywall goes on mint @ 79, get your parachute as its going back to 500k

DarkSend! Darkwallet is the dodgy centralised browser-plugin (that bit alone cracks me up every time) honeypot, big difference!

Just an update on the nVidia X11 mining support. The current github source code for ccMiner can do

2-2.2 MHash/s on GTX 750 Ti
4 MHash/s on GTX 780
4.6 MHash/s on GTX 780 Ti

Crypto mining blog does a decent job of testing out the new releases and providing binaries, whenever
we make interim source code only releases. http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/ccminer/

This isn't the end of the optimizations yet, as we've got a faster Groestl implementation in store
that we are not quite ready to share with the public yet. It would lift the 750 Ti to 2.8-3 MHash/s
and the GTX 780 to 5 MHash.

So AMD might now mean "A Mining Dinosaur" for some coins, X11 included.

Christian

Very nice ..this sound good

A, it's seriously time for me to retire mining.  I get maybe .01 coins a day, LOL.  I'll wait until I get a payout, then turning everything off.  Finally, after 5 months, I'll be back at gaming Cheesy  Yaaay!

Up until a few hours ago people thought 0.005 and 0.006 was expensive... now it's the "crash" price... things are moving fast Grin

26 BTC is peanuts. Nobody cares about 26 BTC either way, it'll make no difference.

Hardfork went smoothly, it's all looking just peachy.

Good Job.
I sold all my GTX on January to move to AMD (what a mistake). Hope the buyers of my cards found your report.
Either way, I'm relatively happy with the AMD performance on X11. Confident that will be better soon.

It's possible to have a correction downward while still be undervalued. Many times when a price goes up this fast it will also go down fast only to recover at a later time. DRK is this kind of that coin.

Agree, I never said anything about under or overvalued Im just doing my thing and I see 79 as the critical support right now.. I have a very strong feeling it will fail... DRK has not had a real plunge yet, will be interesting to see what happens as a lot of people think this is a one way bet...

Define plunge. It was 0.054 it went back down to 0.0025, then back to 0.0065, back to 0.0047, now its up to 0.0085 and it could go back down to where? To 0.005 and 0.006 where noone was selling to 300 BTC buywalls? If noone is selling at 0.005 and 0.006 it can only go upwards (from that level) if one wants to buy quantity... and it did go upwards.

Yep.....fundamentals are everything in crypto......gotta love those fundamentals......

Just a question, DRK come from 0.60$ to 1.60$ with the RC of the DarkSend.
With a final DarkSend and a good adoption of the Dark, what is the price you predict ?

Place your bet now, I'll post the result in a week.

We will see if we made a good prediction in 3 months ! Smiley

By plunge I mean a hard and fast fall.... DRK has not had one yet..... And just watch when good old human nature comes knocking Cheesy

Plunge is not the absolute level of the fall from peak to trough but the velocity. I may well be wrong, you lot seem to think im mad, I think a very hard and fast fall is coming... Lets see who is right
