Invested in drk last few weeks since rc4 was coming. But I dont understand why price is declining so much now its out and working, sure with some minor bugs but we can all see its going to work.

So how is it possible that it has been dumped so bad? .. Still a believer though 

There's a lot of uncertainty in this market. People read the forum, see that some people are having issues and freak out. What they don't realize is that the foundation is in place. I completely expected that there would be bugs upon launch of RC4, that's reality. They will be fixed, confidence will grow, and the price will grow as well.

- some big whales were dumping a lot of altcoin lately (including Darkcoin) so this could be unrelated to RC4

Not just a big whale, but a decent number of investors in general. There are a contingent of individuals who are only interested in constant growth. If there's no growth, they move their money elsewhere. It warms my heart to know that most of these people end up losing their money to scams.

Well, they get payed less by 20%, and as I understand it, on ALL blocks, not just the anon transactions.
Some say 20 % less is much, some say 20 is not enough and should be 50 or even 80.
Who can / will decide ?

This update addresses the following issues:

1.) The round > 1 error was caused by a lack of fees, because of this the network refused to accept the transactions. I've made the default darksend fee 0.0125, or currently $0.043 per 1000DRK. This means to anonymize $3450 it will current cost 0.0013%. Even with the higher fee our solution is decentralized and cheaper than any comparable mixer on the market. Also, it's good to remember this fee goes to the miners, so it will actually benefit the network and make mining more valuable.
2.) The "DoAutomaticDenominating : No funds detected in need of denominating (2)" issue was caused by something added in the last version to improve anonymity in some cases. It's fixed in the new version.
3.) This update is backwards compatible.
4.) Updated the splashscreens. A big thank you to raze!

If your client seems to be denominating too many times (more than your setting), try restarting the client. I've been denominating and noticed it's caching the rounds, after a restart they calculate correct. I'll be pushing a fix sometime soon, but that's a way to get around the issue.

We have way more miners than we need. Can afford to lose a whole ton of them. If they don't like sharing the block proof and the block reward along with it, they can leave.
