It is not easy to start a fork and a new genesis block with NXT code bases. We are going to use NXT codes but it has to be adapted to our new distribution scheme. So things take time and probably need a good cryptographer to make it happen. So we will move forward but patience is needed.

If each NEM stake is 1,100,000 NEM coins, then I would pay 27,500 NXT per stake (rate is 1:40)

At the current price for NXT at bter.com, that would equate to over 1.375 Bitcoins per NEM stake

1,100,000 / 40 = 27,500

27500 * 0.00005b = 1.375 bitcoin

It is a good profit, and for those who have multiple NEM stakes it is a good way to get a decent stake in NXT and still keep some NEM.

Yes anon136 would be my first choice for escrow. I know he is doing the current exocoin IPO now, and he has complete trust from everyone.

I am seeking no free roll, and all trades will occur in the first 48-72 hours after ownership of the stakes has been transferred.

As I have said, I am valuing NEM before release at 10% the value of NXT, which has been released and tested for 4 months now.

Once utopianfuture releases the details of how stake ownership will be transferred to NEM stakeholders I will be in a position to work out the escrow details.

At this time I am trying to gauge interest in my offer.

I need at least 6% of NEM stakes for my business idea, but I would prefer closer to 10%.

If there is not enough interest shown I would reconsider my offer before any trades took place.

I think If someone would have 10% of total NEM supply this will give him power to
continuously manipulate the prices on exchanges and accumulate more NEMs.

Completely anecdotal (this is the internet, after all), but a colleague of mine met the mastercoin guys recently in Berlin and said they have all but officially thrown in the towel.

May I ask what your "business idea" is ?

I am still developing my ideas, so it would be unwise to try and describe my embryonic concepts now and risk being misinterpreted.

I would say that to me POS coins on a crypto 2 platform like NXT & NEM resemble virtual real estate, but unlike physical real estate, POS 'real estate' on a crypto 2 network can move around.

For some ideas you need a lot of 'real estate'. A block of flats, a shopping mall, a hotel, a fun park, a casino etc

Imagine if virtual real estate could relocate to anywhere on the network at zero cost in an instant.

6-10% of a POS coin is enough 'real estate' to create many 'things' that can't be created with 0.0003%

I know I have not explained anything, but it is some thoughts.

I think that we can move this utopiannow guy to another thread or just complete ignore him. I see his effort to gain decent minority of NEM shares are against the principles of this coin. And i dont like the way he use similar nickname with Original UP, that could be misleading.

At this point of development i cant see any real gains to sell stakes to someone, who maybe have bad intentions. I tried to ask which are his real calculations about NEMs valuation and he came back with answer 10% of nxt. I mean if thats anyway true, why on earth that same guy wanna buy 400 shares.

And as for huge puplic this thread should focus on news, suggestions about NEM future and bright ideas. Community base is Huge so these guys can put up another thread and continue their debat there. NEM is supposed be a whole new cryptocurrency so i would love to read about current process, not that kind of bullshit what utopiannow is spamming everyday.

Are u mad, cos your shady little plan isnt goin like you thought? I mean, with this kind of coin you thought that it would be good idea to put such a scheme and openly brag about taking over 400 stakes, which of course would bring resistance against you. That doesnt sound well-planned or anyway constructive.
