Yeah i already see your plan with your mighty PMC =) . But the problem is nobody will want a premined coin specially with not just 1 bag holder , but with groups of bag holders . This approach works as long as the price is decreasing. It doesn't work the other way around. Doing this just drives down the price. Which probably goes some way to explain current pricing. Dumping and this circular sell high buy low.

People would buy up PMC to buy into PMC+ AND to hold because they expect the overall value of PMC to go up as the total amount of coin decreases by 40%. SO you have a ton of buy support, as well as a reason to hold long term.

You'd be left with PMC+ -PremiumCoin- 21M coin -"The possibilities of Bitcoin Revealed" where you promise to try all of the new ideas different coins come up with, as kind of a proving ground.
and PMC -PremineCoin- ~300K coin - : "The Future of Bitcoin Revealed" where it continues to stick with an exact copy of Bitcoin, in hopes of coming up with new bugs and issues that BTC will eventually face and remains a currency storage coin.

Sounds like a good idea instead of changing the PMC. Broof of burn is interesting concept. We can actually make more PMC 1 - 5 with different paths:

1: As a currency - this will focus on exchanging goods/services for PMC
2: As a commodity - there will be an added security in the wallet
3: As a testnet - add different kind of feature into this coin
4: As a corporation - will use to acquire IPOs
5: As a giveaway - this will just give people idea how it feels like to have PMC or cryptocurrency, designed for newbies but there is no value and cannot be dumped
