The site is run like a registered security, I'm pretty sure you would only need to take a few things to their hosting providers...

I suggest everyone begin writing emails to CloudFlare .. give them the RayID that you see when loading scrypt.cc's splash page - tell them your story - that this individual has been misleading customers while extracting 80% of the wealth they have invested - no reason given, or obvious.  We want to know where the sob is hosted, and then go after them.

Tell them if they do not give all info, we begin a social media blitz, emails to blogs etc., mainstream press, and government complaining about how CloudFlare is hiding scammers.

Did you not read the terms of service when you registered? You outta go look at what you legally agreed to when you signed up.

TOS don't really mean anything, plus it states users are selling a digital commodity known as "KHS" and will be notified of changes. No users were notified of the change to "MHS" or to have a chance to opt out. Although on the surface if you look at the TOS that it seems like there is nothing that can be done, I doubt that would be true considering they violate their own terms on a regular basis and thus invalidates it.

Just a note -- TOS are legally binding only if supported by case law.  Anything objectionable (by both parties) is not enforceable unless connected in some way to the theory of law.  In short, TOS is not a free ticket for either buyers or sellers.  Just saying . . .

I think everyone here have their own definition of scam.
Some say scam since day 1
Some say scam when when payment is delayed
and some say scam when all of sudden site cannot be accessed

August 24: Dear User. I apologize for fucking you up the ass, again.  I promise to use lube next time.

Even a dick statement would be more satisfying than "performing upgrades", "api this", "blockchain that"
