I don't think we're that much of a underdog are we? On paper maybe a little bit, but I'm not even sure in that. Form wise then I'd say Liverpool are looking much better coming into the game. We've had a few blips here, and there, however overall we've taken care of the business when needed. Man City have looked a bit out of ideas recently.

Nah, on the pitch I wouldn't consider us underdogs against any team in the world in our current form - City included.
What I meant is that City can afford players we cannot and that financially they do not work under the same limits that we are dealing with. If they see a 100 mil player requesting a 500k weekly contract and he fits their playstyle, they will be able to make that deal without any major issues.

That is why I'd always say that we are the underdogs - even against United and Chelsea, let alone City. But luckily for us, the real game is played on the pitch and not in financial analysis.

It was only the past couple of seasons we had better bookmaker odds than United, but we're never the favourites against City, or I don't remember it at all. Even against Chelsea it's always even more or less. Suits me, since it just means more winnings (except we've been drawing these teams more than winning recently ha).

It's a tough, tough game, and once more I paid the price for siding with the less-favoured team -- guess my gut's no longer good for trusting. Was always going to be a tight game but I honestly thought Newcastle were going to fumble.

Used to be only 10 points from 1st to 10th not too long ago. That lead's now 20 points. Incredible.

I doubt he can fix it. We already had a Dutch coach and it didn't work so well.

Personally, I think Simeone would fit very well to United but it's a very sensitive subject that most of the United fans don't want to discuss but with the current squad of United , Simeone could really bring United together and also we can see almost every week how he will annoy oter EPL teams  .

United loosing was surprising but Arsenal loosing at home against Brighton was even more surprising for me. Seems like Arsenal squandered their CL spot in last few games and they have same amount of points as Spurs. What is next Spurs loosing 3:0 to complete the trifecta for the day. If somebody walked away with money from bookies today...good job, it was basically impossible to navigate all the surprises. Atletico Madrid also lost to Mallorca.

I mean it's the Bookies' Saturday so far, Bayern also Barely won, a game I had handicapped at an end and Bayern to score at least 2 goals on another.

We could have argued the chances for Everton, but another loss from Arsenal leaves the mouth with a real sour taste.

Tottenham with an early lead, but Villa doesn't look to be backing down and have created more than enough chances to get back on level terms, all within the first 20 minutes.

I think i was one of the rare people in this round to go with everton draw and i was so close to winning it but stupid Man Utd couldnt score again and lost all points on that match. Also made a bad decision on Chelsea i dont know why i went with draw. So far a terrible round for me hopefully tommorow i get some good points. I need Norwich to win so that will be hard

I checked the stats of this round and most of us had a terrible result for this round,not much has changed from the last week to this week in almost everywhere in the standings,only small moves,small "overtakes" in places.I was also really surprised with Manchester United lost game together with Arsenal but Arsenal has also a precedent,they have lost at least 2 times against Brighton with this result,although this happened when they were playing away and I guess it is the first time they lose at home against Brighton in these last couple of seasons.

 . One person got the score correct as well. Lots of unexpected results today. Arsenal losing at home and Leeds winning away 3-0 were also unexpected. Tomorrow's games all look tricky to me as well. I've just realised I've got them all as draws so probably gonna have to change some of them. One I won't be changing is the City/Liverpool game as I really can't pick a winner in that. I think Liverpool are the better team right now but City will have the home advantage so a draw it is.

About Simeone, i don't see him lasting more than 1 week in Manchester lol  imo, his style of football does not suit United let alone the fast-paced EPL, i think he's more of a Serie A kind of manager

I'm in two minds. One wants United to fix themselves, same mind that wants Everton to. Klopp says, and he's right, you're better with tough opponents around you. We made United the force they were in the past, I'm sure they agree. Of course, if the Devil said City and others could be in that mix challenging every season, while United and Everton relegate, it'd be hard for me not to smile. It's evil maybe, but nothing malicious in there. So in that sense... long may Glazers reign =p

And that changes so fast. I was sure Arsenal will get that 4th position and last CL spot easy. They were super consistent and Spurs played great one week, terrible in the next. Now it looks like Spurs found their form and Arsenal lost it and I would give that 4th place for Spurs without second thought.

United is bad whole season, no change there. They just get 3 points here and there when De Gea has his day and attack scores a couple of flukes. United and Everton are biggest disappointments for me this season.

Nerves going to start kicking in soon. Will be interesting to see the starting line ups, I think Jota starts for us, alongside Mane, and Salah. I think Diaz playing midweek for the entire game tells us he's probably going to be on the bench. Anyone have any ideas how City will line up, particularly in the midfield?

Draw it is and 2:2 at that. It was a great game which could have ended with a couple more goals easy, this is what every derby should look like. Bunch of goals, even more opportunities and a couple of heated duels to show that stakes really are high. I had a bet on both to score so double joy for me as neutral watcher.

Totenham and Arsenal are classic teams with this issues but now Manchester United is having this class of behaviours.
