What was that? Manchester United had another very poor match right from the beginning of the season. It has just ended by Brighton's 2-1 victory in Old Trafford. They were really bad in the first half and it must be a huge shock for their fans. They tried something in the other half but it wasn't of any use. I don't know if Ronaldo would change the fate of this match if he was in the starting eleven. But he couldn't do much after entering the match in the first minutes of the second half as well.

In short, this team still need a big push somehow otherwise this season would be no different than the previous one.

Eric Ten Haag maybe he is not that good mentally if he keeps not only Ronaldo but also Varane in the bench.Maybe he thought this to be an easy game and also the debut so he thought why not win this without Ronaldo and make headlines?He made headlines but on the opposite part as all the blame will put to him for such loss.A lot of surprise results for the first week of the Premier League which shows this season is going to be much more excited than the last one,not so excited for me so far in the pool prediction but anyway when United starts with a loss is always headline.

An abysmal first half performance from Man Utd cost them the game, and there was no coming back from that for them. I really expected Ronaldo to start the game, but I'm not sure if that would have changed anything from what we saw from Man Utd in the first half.

I think they have a lot of prospect and would perform better than they did last season, there just still seem to be some missing pieces for them to put together, especially in the attack, the midfield was quite okay imo, but they need explosive attackers on the flanks.

So how exactly can the explosive attackers score when you don't have Ronaldo playing?Maybe he would not have changed anything as you say because of the awful first half but what if he could have scored,then surely the fate of the game would have been another one.I can't or better words cannot express it enough how much I hate coaches like this one who thinks that he has the right to keep in the bench one of the best players and together with him another great player.This manager should not be at all surprised with the result of this game,all the blame to him for this awful performance by Manchester who didn't score a single goal,the goal given to them was an own goal from Brighton.

Thanks to the "phenomenal" (no) ideas of Ten Hag, I lost another multibet and now, in order to at least slightly compensate for the losses, I bet on City (which I don’t like)  
Coaches are changing, but United's game is not - it simply does not exist. Maybe something will change in other games but this game was very bad, worse than last season's games.

He probably couldn't get a favourable deal with another club sorted out in time so was forced to stay. I'm sure he will leave as soon as he can as he obviously doesn't want to not play Champion's League football. The transfer window doesn't close until 1st of Sept I think so I think it's likely he will leave by then but for a player of his stature it's difficult to get a contract sorted and he's obviously going to command the biggest paycheques so that complicates things as well. If any team in the CL offers him the same wages that he's on now or maybe even a little less I'm sure he will take it.

It was a crazy week, especially the Leicester game where they blew a two-goal lead. On the log, I can't even see myself b

That is one of the greatest scores I have seen for a single round of 10 games at 19 points,I rarely if I ever saw this kind of score in the last season,sure we had scores above that but these scores were when we had rounds of more than 15 games.

Strange to see so many exact scores to him,he clearly has done an impressive round and is leading already comfortably since a single round.Nothing to worry for us mere humans,we have enough time to recover little by little  .

I don't think anyone will always guess the correct score and 19 points in this round is a random fluctuation that won't happen again soon. 30 points is the correct prediction for all 10 games with an accurate score - a very hard to hit this jackpot. 19 points is very close.

I am down in 36th and compared to last year where I led the pack from week 2-8 is an awful result so far.Nevertheless these positions will clear up when we advance with the next rounds in the pool because there are a lot of persons with the same number of points and that is why we are in such low places despite having made not so bad results as the first round,I got 9.5 points so I believe I can round it at 1.5 point per game that I have found correctly.

I had Leicester 2-1 as a correct score so that really pissed me off when I saw the final result as 2-2 which I honestly did not expect.

I thought that I would get a yellow cap by 15.5 points on the week Liverpool and Manchester United both lost points. However I was really shocked to see 19 points from the leader. Congratulations, it is a really big success.    I picked 2-1 win for Leicester but the goal came in the last minutes really changed things. If that goal didn't come I was going to get a yellow cap by 18.5 points. Leicester were even conceding another goal in the last moments.     It was unlucky for me.

Ten Hag got into a difficult situation from the very first match - he wanted to show that he was the main one by not releasing Ronaldo in the first team, but in order to assert himself, he needed a result and United lost by showing a disgusting game. Haha, KDB was responsible for 95% of Halaand's second goal; if KDB stays fit, Halaand will score a lot of goals this season, as KDB is the only player who can turn an average striker into a prime Pele with his final pass. With the current situation, if B.Silva leaves for Barcelona, it would be a huge problem for them this season, especially since they have already lost Sterling and G. Jesus, and KDB is becoming prone to injury.

Tbh,  ETH player choices are below average, and I'm not impressed with his choices since he arrived. Just because he was successful at Ajax does not guarantee that bringing those players to Manchester United will be equally successful; he has been trying to sign all of Ajax's stars since he arrived. You can't blame the Glazers; they've been wasting money for the past five years. I want to see tears.

Haaland is definitely go to be a hit for Man City this season, KDB influence on Man City's attack cannot be over estimated, however, I think Haaland also makes the job really easier for those playmaking for him with his impressive positioning and movement off the ball, he's very good at keeping defenses on their toes, you just can't afford lose sight of him for split-second as a defender.

Tbh,  ETH player choices are below average, and I'm not impressed with his choices since he arrived. I wasn't expecting an overnight turn around with Man Utd, but I guess all everyone just wants to see is some sort of progress, even coaches like Guardiola and Klopp didn't get at rolling from their very first couple of games or even their first season in the league to say the least, but once a coach have a genuine idea of what he wants to implement with a squad, they'd need a bit of time, I just hope Man Utd would be patient enough to give him at least 2 seasons at the club.

Really impresed by the 5 exact score he made, i know being te first round its more luck than skill but, still a lot of points in the bag.
I really dont like the first round for two things:

1- We are all together in the tabble.
2- Nobody can really know how good or bad its a team, after round 10 we can see a real tendency.
