Brentford is on fire!  4-0 only 36 minutes in.  I didn't get around to placing any bets on today's game, but I was thinking of taking Brentford money line.  I figured ManU would struggle today, but I didn't figure they would implode!

Well well well what do we got here,yes Manchester United screwing up really really big this time.It is the last time I place a bet on them and also go by them in the pool prediction,after seeing today game against Brentford a not that impressive team in general although it look like a brilliant team tonight I completely see Manchester United fighting for relegation during this year,they of course will be out of every single European competition places with such poor performance.I would also put a lot of blame now on the new coach for this disaster team.

On a side note I made almost 25 places in the pool so overall a good night in the prediction pool for me.

What a performance from United, I was waiting on both to score on two tickets and when Brentford scored third goal I cashed out on one ticket. I was already suspecting how it will go.

You know what is the state of the club when you are losing 4:0 and you make 3 defensive changes

Such a bad week for me i was 5th at start and now at 40th place thank god its only the second round of the premier league. Mitrovic missed the penalty and that killed my 1.5 points and some unexpected results aswell. Hopefully tommorow i get some points

It was another horrible day for Manchester United today. It was bad for me at the same time because I predicted a win for them in the pool as well. Alot of draws happened and even I had two but only got the one correct.
Not too many participants put in draws especially when there is a heavy favorite playing during match day.

Manchester united was the one that nobody really could see them getting beat 4-0 from Brentford.
Had seen some put 1-0 and 2-0 but those were long shots.
I watched the first half but couldn't watch the rest as it was already seen in the players faces that they were not just beat on the scoreboard but defeated mentally.

Congrats to LFC_Bitcoin, he just climbed 47 slots from the bottom of the table to number 2.  It looks like the yellow cap is hanging by a thread.  It helped that he's the only one who got exact points for the Nottingham win over West Ham.  I'm 11 positions up from last week as of now, but I took a gamble on Tottenham @ Chelsea match.  Hopefully the Spurs pull through for me.

That was a strange occurrence with the referee giving both cards after the match and the final whistle have already blown.
So they both miss the next match behind the bench for these two cards?
Thought they were yellow but if they were reds then that is something else different.

There was yet another draw with this last match so that probably makes for a difficult weekend for many to get points...
Except for LFC_bitcoin as he has already grabbed the yellow cap with his team playing the last match of week two closing this out tomorrow.

I knew the result of Chelsea would have been 2-2 as that happened last year and both teams are near the same quality as last year,yet I got and thought Chelsea to be the winner and put 2-1,damn that 96 minute goal from Kane that ruined my 3 points exact score,0 points for me today in the pool but still I see a lot of people with 19 points,we need a few more weeks until we see the real value of each one of us.

Of course I predict no surprises for tomorrow game of Liverpool which should win comfortably.

That was never a corner kick decision; it was an obvious red card to Romeo for pulling Cucurrela down by his hair, a clear physical assault on the player, but the motherfucker Anthony Taylor and the fucking corrupt VAR ignored the decision with a blind eye, and people are still wondering why FIFA didn't pick a single Ref from the English league. Tottenham's first and second goals would never be allowed in any league in the world, as they were clearly fouls on goal.

And for the final incident, I'm not sure why Conte wouldn't let Tuchel's hand go. Conte will never go near the bridge again!!! He's a fucking scumbag.

The fact that Anthony Taylor is still officiating Chelsea games despite clear evidence of corrupt practice against Chelsea every season proved that Mourinho was correct when he stated that the FA is biased against Chelsea.

My score prediction was a 2-1 victory for Tottenham. I decided to give a chance to them against Chelsea here even though I knew that Chelsea were quite dominant against Tottenham in many head-to-heads recently. After Chelsea got 2-1 ahead everything ended for me.      It was a really interesting match indeed. Especially the second half was really tense and Tottenham somehow managed to keep one point before leaving Stamford Bridge. After the goal the things we saw weren't good I'm afraid. Conte and Tuchel shouldn't have had that quarrel there.

Like most of you, lost all points when Chelsea conceded that goal, that's what I get for betting on Spurs (as the underdog) and picking the fav to win in the pool, when the draw was always going to be the most likely outcome.

Unfortunately, there are precedents of hair pulling not getting sanctioned with yellow/red cards, like Guendouzi, David Luiz, and Grealish in the last Champions League against Atletico, that's something the IFAB should fix.

IMO what happened yesterday should've been a foul, yellow card for Romero and free kick for Chelsea. I think VAR saw the same, a clear foul but they can't interve since they thought it wasn't a red card. Main culprit here is Taylor, the whole thing happened right in front of him.

If you're refering to the alleged foul on Havertz, Chelsea had ball possession right before Hojbjerg's goal, so the the foul on Havertz didn't lead to the Spurs goal, therefore, VAR can't intervene because both actions occured in different phases of play and VAR can only intervene if there was a foul in the phase of play that leads to a goal.

In this case, there were several phases of play. One phase of play leads to ball recovery for Spurs (Bentancur's tackle, the alleged foul mentioned which honestly looks like a clean tackle from Taylor's pov), there's another phase where there was a loss of ball possession by ball carrier (Jorginho), and this lead to another phase of play where the attacking team gained possession (heung min son) and then they score. VAR can't intervene since there were no offences by the attacking team in the phase of play that leads to the goal.

And for the final incident, I'm not sure why Conte wouldn't let Tuchel's hand go. Conte will never go near the bridge again!!! He's a fucking scumbag.

it was Tuchel who wouldn't let go of Conte's hand, it looked like the italian was doing a beeline straight to the stands with Spurs fans but Tuchel had other plans and it completely caught Conte off guard which is why we got that 'shocked' expression 😂 Tuchel even said he wanted Conte to look him in the eye.
