Dash blockchain stuck at 246490.
There's nothing we can do until dash dev solve this bug. We redirected all Dash mining connection to Startcoin.

So mining from http://dash.miningpoolhub.com  will automatically mining startcoin instead. We will make things back when dash fixes its bug.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Dash blockchain is working again.
Seems like dev unlocked enforcement for quick fix.

All startcoin redirection is stopped and Dash will be mined as before.
Thanks.

I'm a little confused about the "Hub" feature.

As I understand it I can point a X11 mining rig at MPH. I can/will in return mine *ALL* X11-based coins?

Then after I've mined some coins I can get paid in Dash? Even though I mined other X11 coins?

Can someone provide some specific instructions on how I would set things to mine ALL X11 coins and be paid in Dash?

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: I figured it out.

I have a question about the MiningPoolHub desktop interface. To the bottom left of the Overview box there's a smaller box entitled "Round Information" That typically has two concentric circles inside. What is the function of this box? What are the two concentric circles representing?

Inquiring minds want to know!!  Smiley

Good!
You can mine any coins and your credited coins will be automatically exchanged and credited to the coin you select at "Auto Exchange" page. Of course you can select Dash for it.

Thanks.

This two circle represents those values.

Your valid shares, your invalid shares - inner circle
Pool valid shares, pool invalid shares - outer circle

This data doesn't match exactly, because it's updated in certain time interval.
Actually it is not important info though.

Thanks.

Hi Folks,

I did a short experimental run with a cudaminer while the pool was apparently autoswitch-mining ARI. I had auto-exchange set for bitcoin and this resulted in these transactions when logged in to http://aricoin.miningpoolhub.com/:

http://tyfon.info/miningtrans900.jpg

I take it those figures are in ARI? And thus 3.42... ARI have been sent somewhere... but I cannot find them? They are not showing at bicoin.miningpoolhub.com.

I'm just trying to understand the flow through the system and see where the balances go b4 I commit to more mining.

Cheers,

K.

Hi
Debit_AE is debit transaction for auto exchange and these coins are transferred to exchange sites like Cryptsy, Bittrex.
Credit transaction will be created at Bitcoin pool when these auto exchanges are completed.

Auto exchange needs some time because it needs deposit, exchange, and withdraw process. Mining pool hub pile up exchanged coins and withdraw only at a certain situation to reduce the withdraw fee. Exchange sites usually charges small amount of withdraw fee but we try to reduce the rate of it.
In normal situation, your coins will be credited to bitcoin pool within 6 to 24 hours.

We are about to open balance overview page for all coins. Then, things will be more clear.
Thanks.

Nutcoin, Friendshipcoin, Kobocoin will be removed soon.

We will also payout after the pool close but you would need to contact us manually then.
We encourage you to withdraw your coin as soon as possible.

Actually we didn't like to close jackpotcoin pool, but jackpotcoin's too frequent PoS block generation hurts our server resource too much. Sorry that we know this notice may discourage jackpotcoin miners and investors, we had no choice at this moment.
Sorry again.

Hmm.. I've been mining Scrypt on another pool. When I saw your announcement I tried to switch over to mine my Scrypt on your site. But no matter what I try to set on MMR I get "unable to authenticate. Do you wish to add anyway?" Is there a problem with Scrypt? I've tried pointing directly at a coin as well as using the "Hub" feature. Please advise.

Correction: I can mine an individual Scrypt coin fine. It seems that I'm having issues with the "Hub" port 12001

Correction #2: Let me make sure I understand how to use the "Hub". I've clicked on "Hub". Under "My Workers" I create a new worker. "Worker Login"="Workername associated with my account" "Worker Password"="x" "Coin"="The coin I wish to be paid in"  and for Scrypt I would point to port 12001.

So this would cause my mining rig to mine the most profitable coin at the moment and to be paid in DogeCoinDark" if I've set my "Coin" value to "DogeCoinDark"?

I just want to make sure I'm doing this right!

Correction #3: Ok I think I see what is going on. You don't set the "Coin" to a specific coin. You set it to the algorithm? And then you set the auto-payout to the coin you wish to be paid in? Am I on the right track?

Your correction #3 is right.
You set the coin to mine from worker, and you will be get paid in coin which is selected at "Auto Exchange" page.

12001 port is just endpoint for Scrypt and you select which coin, which auto switch port you want mine.
Maybe 17001 is better if you want simple mining. This port is simple port for auto switching only profitable Scrypt coins. You don't need to set mining coin for it.

I think I need to write "Getting Started" page more in detail.
Thanks.

Thanks.

That would be a definite plus for those of us that are new to the site. I love the site but there are several features that are not intuitively obvious.
