Sended, email and PM. I hope this news are real. In the past I have several issues with my account and always have a good answer from btc-arbs team. I hope this time will be the same.

btc-arbs Administrator  Could you tell my why you can't just Reopen the site if it is your intention to repay us.
Reopening the site would sure give your credibility a boost.

Because a PONZI scheme is unsustainable.  Continuing the site will probably allow him to pay you off, but then he'll have a new set of people he won't be able to pay and the problem continues.  Hence why HYIP admins cut and run.

i do not understand. If this is all true, and the BTC-Arbs guy is not a fake guy, why does he need everyone to write him a message and claim for their bitcoins?

Dont he have his own history, where he can see which acc had how many bitcoins deposited?

why cant he send everyone an e-mail, to the email acc you had to register with and tell them that they can contact him for repay? Why publish this message here?

And why should he repay the small debts first? I think the bigger ones are the real danger! Seriously, who would threat his family for 500 $??? -right, no one would get his hands dirty for 1-2 bitcoins, but for more.

So i dont see an solution by repaying all the small debts, he will still be in danger.

So all this must be a huge fake. Maybe by someone who tries to find out how many bitcoins were invested...

Each day you guys are not investigating because you are trusting someone in here who claims he will repay but do not give you a true evidence, is a wasted day. Each day is blurring even more the traces...

He just wants to silence some people it seems. Kind of funny to be paying a few people here on this forum and that is all you hear about. Slightly irritating, I feel like this thread is going to be active with this refund nonsense till next year.

STAY AWAY: rockwell,btc-arbs,bitcoin-trader - I've been playing HYIP's and have a near flawless record over the last year. Made over 1000% return last year. Play HYIP's safely and smart! Stay away from the referral whores on this forum, especially from those putting out their referral links in their signatures. They have no other interest but to profit from you.

I'm suspicious because the people I was speaking with about sharing information on the admin were some of the first to be paid off by the admin. Doesn't make sense for the admin to create an account on the forum and start doing refunds through the forum. How about the rest of the members? Strange. He's paying off a select few here and there. You don't hear about any refunds through traditional HYIP sources and people who were members of btc-arbs on other sites.

I think the one(s) who found him won't tell you how. since one of them tracked and contacted his family.

It seems to me that the people with the lease amounts (0.1- BTC) are being paid out first so he can pay off as many people with the least amount of BTC.
I think that the admin should AT LEAST payout every day the profit he made.

If he has 500BTC from us, with the profit of 1% a day, that's 5BTC, he could AT LEAST pay out that amount of 5BTC

@Hongo & yonce, could you please update your amounts?

If he/she/they still have the 500 BTC he/she/they should immediately pay out these 500 BTC to us! Cause its our money !

Well, clearly the reason the site isn't back online and offering refunds is damage control. The hope, probably, is that a good portion of people won't be aware of what is happening here.

We need to see daily payments being made, though...he can't keep skipping days.. I think everyone is frustrated enough, as it is.

Also...he claimed that the total value of all accounts on BTC-Arbs was about 500 Bitcoin...not that he HAS 500 Bitcoin. Big difference.

In the mean time, information should be shared in the case this admin doesn't follow through.

Decided to check my Blockchain account on a whim and I have received 0.1898 BTC.

https://blockchain.info/tx/0171e9346dd6810b5275be34870b4a8c2703c2311adac96fc5972e40fdcb3367

If I include the transaction fee of 0.0004 it's almost my exact deposit back. I'm not expecting a transfer from anywhere else so in my mind I've had a BTC-arbs refund.

Colour me surprised but grateful.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

Thanks Christophorus for adding your refund, when did you get it?

It appears to have been sent the same day I made my request. I had set blockchain to send me a notification but I'm guessing that upgrading to iOS8 has borked some notifications for me.

EDIT: Updated the spread sheet too.

My username is the same for btctalk and btc-arbs, but I suppose people could add their btctalk username in parentheses if it differs.
