I have been seeing this error intermittently since some time just after 09:55 PDT on 7/17:
504 Gateway Time-out
cloudflare-nginx
It is affecting access to the web interface and API stats.
Could this be collateral damage from the Network Solutions DDOS?
Looks like this finally cleared up around 14:20 today (GMT-7), and had been happening for me since my earlier post. I haven't been experiencing this issue at all in the last week, with the exception of periods where the site was under direct attack, or when a large script runs (~4 times per hour), though that's normally just a slow load, and doesn't generate an error page before the script is done running.

I'm not sure if it matters, but I only tried originating requests to www.btcguild.com through AT&T (both residential and business circuits). Whatever it was, it appears to have cleared up and has been stable since yesterday afternoon.

Hello, i switched from PPLNS to PPS, and im not earning any NMC no more, why ? NMC is only for PPLNS mining?
Yes it is. And since this was not answers I'm reasking(I know DOS)... Where are we on redistribution of PPS NMC? And how can I get NMC out. If I set auto payout I can get only the amount set per hour but not all that is in the accaunt. And I can't set auto payout to exact number of NMC...
As I stated in the beginning, NMC support is not even close to a priority. For now automatic payouts will continue to be the only method to withdraw in order to avoid heavily fragmenting the wallet. Namecoin's code is ancient and lacks a significant number of optimizations that have been added to Bitcoin over the last two years. You will likely never see amounts under 0.01 NMC available for payout. NMC's transaction fees are higher than BTC for sending small amounts. I know you stated hire that NMC has no priority but that was long time ago. Are you kepping PPS NMC for yourself and you give as wrong information or are you doing this? At the start it was to be solved in days not months... And I drooped that part since i didn't care enough for not even cents but now I'm writing again... About getting NMC out. I don't wont to take out 0.0023 or something like that but i would like to take out all not just a multiplication of auto-payout...

Well, since everybody else has already announced new pricing even though it's not official yet: Yes, USB Block Erupters are getting a price cut. Yes there will be a coupon program for people who ordered at 1 BTC.
The price on the BTC Guild store will be updated very soon.
Coupon orders are not available until I receive the units that will be used to fulfill coupon orders. I am only being given a limited amount of units for coupons (~1200). I will be testing a few methods on how I will distribute the coupons to put them in as many hands as possible.

USB Block Erupter price on BTC Guild is now updated to 0.60 per unit (Free shipping). With 1300 units arriving in the next week, and 1300 more in the next two weeks, hopefully the store will be able to keep up with the initial demand for discounted units.
Information on the coupons for people who ordered at 1 BTC will be announced once I receive the units to be distributed for coupon orders. It is expected that ~30% of all units sold at 1 BTC will be eligible for the coupon, but the exact distribution is not yet finalized. At this time, the coupon price is 0.10 BTC, plus 0.05 Shipping+Handling (so 0.15/unit). I will be favoring the most recent orders for coupons, but will try to make sure that people who ordered a reasonable number of units earlier on will receive at least one discounted unit coupon.

Well I've just placed a new order for 0.6BTC, and it looks like I got in reasonably early this time. Here's hoping I get a coupon against my earlier order at 1BTC! I still have enough left in my wallet.

To be clear (received two emails already): If you placed an order at 1.05 that is still in backorder, you are GUARANTEED to receive 1 coupon for each unit you purchased at 1.05.
I apologize backorders have never been fully eliminated, it's just difficult to guess when big orders will hit. I'm hopeful that the number of units currently ordered will all arrive during next week (I know at least 300 on Monday, 500 more Mon/Tues, 500 unknown date), which can finally get the store caught up. Of course, there's no telling how many orders will hit as a result of the price cut, but hopefully the 800 extra units on order provide a decent buffer.

How will you be notifying people of their eligibility for coupons? Will you be emailing their Guild user email address on record?

There will be a notice/warning when you're on any page of the website if you have unused coupons. Emails may happen, but should not be relied on for notification since many accounts were made specifically to order block erupters, so no email was ever attached.

I know the store went live and a coupon redemption program was never thought to be a remote possibility. Looking forward to those "Golden" Coupons to the ASIC factory.

There's nothing like competition. CanaryInTheMine has had his group sales up for a bit that were cheaper in bulk than here. But for one at a time (all little miners like me can do), BTCG has been cheaper. Not anymore. CanaryInTheMine has them at 0.55 per unit with shipping regardless of quantity. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263577.0M

What about those that bought on the first day you started selling them? Thanks. To be clear (received two emails already): If you placed an order at 1.05 that is still in backorder, you are GUARANTEED to receive 1 coupon for each unit you purchased at 1.05.

It's unlikely that any first day orders will receive coupons. I'm only given coupons for 30% of the total orders that were sold at 1.05 BTC.
