What about those that bought on the first day you started selling them? Thanks.

To be clear (received two emails already):  If you placed an order at 1.05 that is still in backorder, you are GUARANTEED to receive 1 coupon for each unit you purchased at 1.05.

I apologize backorders have never been fully eliminated, it's just difficult to guess when big orders will hit.  I'm hopeful that the number of units currently ordered will all arrive during next week (I know at least 300 on Monday, 500 more Mon/Tues, 500 unknown date), which can finally get the store caught up.  Of course, there's no telling how many orders will hit as a result of the price cut, but hopefully the 800 extra units on order provide a decent buffer.

It's unlikely that any first day orders will receive coupons.  I'm only given coupons for 30% of the total orders that were sold at 1.05 BTC.
Looks like about 1000 units are already spoken for in the batches that are coming (backorder queue 900) Smiley

Yes, very glad I had over 1300 units ordered before the price drop.  Placing another order today since I'm definitely going to need more.

Have you started wishing you hadn't gotten in the resale business yet?  Wink Things are gonna get crazy. Some people are going to be unhappy. it is inevitable. Just do what you think is right and fair and let the cards fall where they may.

I'm enjoying myself honestly.  It's annoying knowing that I keep running out of stock, but that's mostly because the demand is impossible to guess.  At the new prices, it's easier to order excess units though without the worry that I'll be stuck with 400 BTC worth of inventory at the end.

However, I enjoy the retail side of things, and it's actually relaxing to do any kind of repetitive manual task after the last few months of staring at terminal windows.

You know, I noticed that.  I also noticed when it asked me to re-enter, the pool hash rate was listed at about 1/2 what it really was.  Happened enough times I'm sure it wasn't me.

I had to copy and save the secondary URL to avoid your failure. Nice to know you fixed it, finally.

I think it was very clever reselling. You made it very easy for a noob like me to get into mining and btcguild was obviously the first pool I looked at. I am sure all of your sales have helped you increase the the pool speed over the last month or so. Cheers.

Block Erupters are continuing to flood in almost every day now with back to back shipments of new units.  Coupon information should be released on Monday, and international orders will (hopefully) be available this Friday.  A big batch of units were ordered yesterday in preparation for International Sales.

Sorry to those (~5% of users) who were affected by some brief server issues.  Some new hardware is being brought online.  The first server was added to the DNS and started getting users before I realized I forgot a critical server setting.  Hopefully you were bounced to a functioning server during the reboot process.

Most users shouldn't have noticed this, since only users making new connections in the last few minutes and ending up on the new server were affected.

I had that happen to me once and all my shares were showing up under "Other". Had to restart my computer to get it going normal again. That was on a video card. From the miner window, all looked normal.

Don't buy one of these - I bought one and they are nothing but trouble.  About half the time it unfinds blocks that were already found.  I'm afraid that if I run it for too long and hit a bad streak it might undo the entire blockchain.

EDIT:  This was a quantum physics joke based on previous posts...

This is a joke right? How can you unfind a block... You can orphan it... Or is this something else?
