They were last logged on October 6. Maybe you should contact them directly on their website support? That pool is also closing down.
Bah, sorry, they don't seem to have any other contact info. Just send them a PM and wait is all you can do.

Unfortunately there is no other way (that I know of) of contacting hashrefinery, I tried private message also, still no reply.

Try Twitter. It has been a while, but we contacted them there once when we did an upgrade to let them know to grab the code.

Happy 2020.
I was tinkering with setting up a masternode. My inputs were too small, so I had to send batches of larger amounts to the new wallet. I then sent 200000 collateral, this is what i saw in the 'listtransactions' output:
"amount": -200000.00000000, "label": "0", "vout": 0, "fee": 59999.99929000, "confirmations": 0, "instantlock": false, "trusted": false, "txid": "d1ba0d04f06a941e22508a32c981fefc7e38c033a0bb2006486f1d1dfcf716ec", "walletconflicts": [ ], "time": 1578098942, "timereceived": 1578098942, "bip125-replaceable": "unknown", "abandoned": true
This print-out is after I quickly abandonned the transaction. I'm not sure what's going on here, but 60000 transaction fee is, well, too much.
----------------
Edit: was a weird glitch, transaction went through this time with a fee of 0.00098. Cheers.

So, it seems the masternode won't start. I have no explanation for it, as I've done it before and worked fine then. It keeps saying "Could not allocate outpoint".
Edit: this was necessary, apparently.

That is a weird glitch (the large fee) ... Good thing it went through. Maybe it was just the display or something.
I tried using legacy and segwit addresses, they both didn't work. I'll have to go and try it again and see whats up.

Although I hate using 'guides', following these instructions got mine to work. Make sure the account generated has no other addresses with inputs, so it's just 200000 on that account. https://docs.google.com/document/d/13Mk-S9m8IB1FvCFaB6mP5slJtsSxzAV4ZcRMzAm7RUE/edit

Any idea why the 2.0 wallet would keep sticking on 99.99%? I've tried everything to get full boot:-(

Case anyone new comes along that is interested, I got pecuniaplatform.io to list Gun for $.49/month. Not affiliated with them in anyway, just happy customer that's been using them for some time. Superb support, and who in their right mind would deal with setting up a VPS and self managing when can have managed for that lol.
Figured might help some others that may otherwise shy away from running a Gun a node, super simple and trustless. Been holding Gun since it came out, just heard/realized there was an update to include nodes on the network. Being one of my first cryptos, wish I had known...would have put my holdings to work!

We are aware about the website - it appears the server is down and may have to be changed out - we have someone looking in to it now.
