I know the feeling when our deposit doesn't show up in our account balance. But as @Lakai01 said, this is not the right place to discuss that matter. So I hope you follow rather than making a post again in here. The more you talk about it in the Ann thread, the more it will be ignored.

In fact, if you can visit the Scam Accusation Board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0), some of them are already addressed. I believe it will all be resolved if the accusations are valid. However, I doubt that all of them are valid.

Contact @holydarkness to help you address your concern. He is the one that helps Bc to solve problem related to this casino. There’s a lot of similar cases regarding withdrawal and deposit of fiat currency that was resolved through his help.

I recommend to use crypto instead of fiat since there’s a known problem when it comes to fiat transactions specifically INR fiat currency based on previous user concern.

This is just my assumption. It also seems to affect your local currency because there have been many cases in the past that have dragged players from the same region (India) into a similar position, although more complaints about withdrawals.

This may also be the case for you because since the last few weeks and even months there have been many complaints about the local currency for your region.

I remember this issue before, so I don’t really get why users are still forcing themselves to deposit fiat when they’ve already heard about the fiat deposit problems. The thing is, the issue isn’t really fiat deposits as a whole, because in my case, being from the Philippines, I’ve never experienced any problem with fiat deposits at all. Everything is still as instant as before, even withdrawals.

Doesn't this also suggest that they do not want the cases to be solved or maybe they only want the casino to gain benefit in all cases. The only reason i feel that they stopped holydarkness from helping in resolving cases is that they want to handle cases by their own will and thats why you remove a thrid party from the this and take everything internally.

It’s really the casino’s prerogative whether they continue or not. The thing is, it’s also risky to rely on a third party to communicate on their behalf, especially since they don’t personally know the users. Maybe they realized it’s better to handle things themselves. Anyone representing the company should ideally be an actual employee, so they can be held accountable if there’s a wrong interpretation or statement that could hurt the casino’s reputation. I guess that’s why third parties won’t step in, and for now all we can really do is wait for their response on the specific concerns.

I wouldn't consider the KYC cases to be confirmed scam attempts either... BC.Game doesn't require KYC from its customers for fun, but is forced to do so by the various licenses the site holds. What you can hold against them – and many other sites – is that KYC is often only required for larger payouts. Unfortunately, this is common practice in the crypto online casino industry.

This is what I don't understand about KYC requirements. The majority of crypto casinos hold Curacao license. How is it possible that one asks for KYC all the time while the other one rarely asks for KYC? Maybe I'm wrong but to my mind, the same license holders should be following the same, i.e. Curacao protocol. If they follow the same protocol, then why are they asking for KYC differently? And if they aren't, then what are the criterias? Also, can someone sue casino for asking for KYC? I mean, if the casino asks for KYC without a reasonable doubt? I'm not talking about BC but I really want to know answer about this question because I notice this trend in crypto casinos.

They can always say that we had a suspicion, our system detected it as a possible money laundering, etc and there isn't a thing that you can do. Then they'll say that they got KYC from you to be assured that everything was alright, then they'll say that now everything is clear and fine. The government and the judge can't be on your side in this case because if you win such a lawsuit, then that's a green light for many people to sue casinos and it will make casinos less likely to ask for KYC in the future and if something happens, the government will be weak to demand anything from the casino.
