BC.Game support has been so bad lately especially after the supposed change of ownership. It appears the new owners no longer care about their customers and are out to scam. Maybe he can try to PM this guy but his chances are slim

I have a feeling the change in ownership is just a fake transaction/fake switch of owners (probably between partners) . It seems that after declaring bankruptcy, the "previous" owners want to get rid of old financial liabilities and try to run the casino further, pretending they now have a clean situation.
From what I remember, similar switches have been tried to be made before. I think 1xbit tried something like this..

I really can't do this anymore. Tried every option to even get % of my funds back unsuccessfully.

Unfortunately, the fact that there's no contact with these people doesn't really tell us anything, except that there's no contact with them.
Changing customer service isn't a particularly complicated situation if you're buying an outsourced service, and one as weak as this one. If the casino hired them directly, they would certainly be better prepared, because these ones are completely unprepared.
We'll probably never know the truth, but even if the ownership changed, I'd stay away from that casino.

Allow me to oversimplify it: Ownership changed. The old staffs are no longer there, at least not the higher ups. Treat BC like a whole new casino, past experience were closed with the change of ownership. This BC casino is a new casino, with completely different set of staffs and employees.

I am not sure how much money you have lost to this casino and their neglect, but I am sure that money is not worth your life and killing yourself.

I get the pain feels unbearable and you see money ahead for you after this blow, but remember: as long as there is life, there is hope. If not for you, then keep on living for your family and those you love the most.

Reach out for help, there must be some crisis lines in your country, so you can get some immediate help and relief to your pain.

In general I hate reading Nihilistic logic because it serves nothing but the emptiness. If anybody would put an end to his life because he lost all his savings, you will see a suicide ever few minutes. However your case is quite different because you didn't lose control over your money but you chose to lose control, because of two reasons: first you ventured to gamble using money you can't afford to lose which is a disastrous mistake in gambling. Second because you trusted the wrong persons. Don't tell me that everything went well with them before the scam incident because it is naivety to gamble with all the eggs in one basket.

If you invested in $1,5m in stock market or in a cryptocurrency project, then the project failed because of the market movement, would you have considered ending your life as well? Stop crying and move on in your life while you do not give up in this case. And most important, stop gambling and go find a job.

I didn't lose $1.5m, that would be absurd. I lost $60k (which was not my last money) and won $1.5m. During that fucking KYC process (which I thought it was normal, hell, it IS NORMAL) I was hoping BC.game was a reputable brand and would pay my winnings, after which I spent other money I had onto things that would help me resolve my life and went to 0.

Since then, I was not able to find a freaking job because I trusted wrong person and became villain myself, did not see my family for years and now can't even move from the shitty country I am in to go back.

Barely able to get some $$$ to survive for two meals, living in a homeless shelter, hoping BC would come to senses and solve this fucking situation or would be able to gather some money and FINALLY go back to my homeland but no. I'm stuck in this shithole, getting attacked by people defending BC.game in every turn, wishing I was never born.

I took a look at tour thread with your report on your unpaid affiliate money. I tried to open the lastest imgur links you shared there (at the end of your thread) and I could not, it says your pictures could not be reached, you should check those two links as they seem to be broken. The rest of them seem to work as intended and normally.

Anyways, It has been clear by now this casino has been engaging in selective scamming for the sake of preserving their profits. I don't even know why they would do that, considering the huge amount of money and reputation they had, because all went south some months ago.

Also, do not be surprised if you thread gets moved to the Scam accusation section of the forum, because according to the rules of the Gambling section of the forum each service is supposed to only have a single thread open here, and your scam accusation is related to a casino which already has an active thread.

Keep in mind he has already let us know he is in such bad economical situation that he is very unlikely to afford any mental healthcare service by his own, so his best shot  is calling some crisis line available in his residence country and getting an appointment with a psyquiatrist from there.

I am aware world is tought and we are literally dealing with a casino run by scammers , though. I am aware there are people out there who would kill others for a handful of dollars, I am aware there there evil.

But you also need to realize we are dealing with someone who is clearly suicidal here, if we started to talk about how screw he is or how shitty the world is, then he would be prompted to further try to attempt against his own life.

A better a approach is being kind to this guy who is obviously a victim and focus our anger and astonishment against the side which is clearly in the wrong here. The casino.
