A four-year-long promoter has still not been paid 5,000+ TRX and approximately 20 months of affiliate income.
I am writing this solely for the purpose of obtaining my legitimate financial rights and dues.
I have been a long-standing member, promoter, and supporter of BCGAME for more than four years. During this period, I continuously promoted the platform, introduced more than 600 global members to BCGAME, and played my part in the growth and expansion of the community.
Today, the reality is that despite the passage of approximately 20 months, 85 weeks, 597 days, and more than 14,000 hours, my funds and affiliate income have still not been paid.
The last time I was active on my account, it contained more than 5,000 TRX. In addition, approximately 20 months of affiliate income also remains unpaid to this day.
Over the course of these nearly 20 months, I have reached out through every available channel. I sent multiple emails, contacted various support channels, offered to provide any required information, and continued following up consistently. Despite this, there has been no practical progress in resolving my case.
On March 26, 2026, I was informed through the official X account that my case would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
Subsequently, on April 3, 2026, I was again assured that once the verification process was completed, I would be granted temporary access so that I could withdraw all of my funds. I immediately expressed my willingness to comply with any form of verification.
Several weeks have now passed since those assurances were given, yet the reality remains that:
* My funds have not been restored.
* My affiliate income has not been paid.
* Temporary access has not been granted.
* The verification process has not been completed.
* The assurances made through official channels have not been honored.
I was informed that the amount I had withdrawn exceeded the amount I had deposited. In this context, one fundamental question arises:
Is winning on BCGAME considered a crime?
I possess evidence relating to my deposits, withdrawals, account activity, and funds. Therefore, I have continuously requested that the records forming the basis of this position be shared with me. However, to this day, no verifiable evidence has been provided.
I was also accused of self-referrals, yet no credible evidence supporting this allegation has ever been presented, either publicly or privately. Furthermore, I was not given a proper opportunity to present my position and clarify my stance.
What is even more concerning is that, in recent times, multiple permanently closed accounts have been restored, numerous users have regained access, and several individuals have had their funds returned.
Despite this, those individuals who promoted the platform, provided referrals, and contributed to building the community are still waiting for their financial rights.
This raises another question:
Is promoting BCGAME a crime?
If promotion is not a crime, then why are different standards being applied to those who have spent years contributing to the platform's growth?
Why have certain users had their accounts restored and their funds returned, while those who played a role in promoting and expanding BCGAME continue to wait for justice and for the financial rights they believe are rightfully theirs?
After four years of commitment, support, and service, being left waiting without any final resolution is deeply concerning.
My question is very simple:
If a user promotes the platform for four years, brings in more than 600 members, continues to cooperate, and remains willing to undergo any required verification process, then why should that individual's financial rights be withheld for approximately 20 months?
Even today, I remain fully willing to cooperate.
Even today, I remain ready to complete any form of verification.
Even today, I remain prepared to provide all required evidence.
My demands are clear and reasonable:
* My 5,000+ TRX should be returned immediately.
* Approximately 20 months of outstanding affiliate income should be paid.
* The assurances provided through official channels should be honored.
* Immediate and practical action should be taken regarding my case.
I am not seeking any special treatment.
I am not asking for any favors.
I am simply demanding what I believe to be my legitimate financial rights.
After approximately 20 months of continuous delays, repeated attempts at communication, unfulfilled promises, and the absence of any resolution, expecting me to wait indefinitely is neither reasonable nor fair.
BCGAME still has the opportunity to resolve the matter concerning its long-standing member, promoter, and supporter through practical action by providing all of my financial rights, including my 5,000+ TRX and approximately 20 months of affiliate income. The platform should demonstrate responsibility, transparency, and fairness in bringing this matter to a resolution.
Until my funds and affiliate income are paid, I will continue to raise my voice through appropriate and available public channels in pursuit of my rights.
The time for assurances has passed. What is needed now is practical action.
