With Kohli's influence on the team selection waning, I am not sure whether it will be easy for him to get a slot. My point was that Indian performance at home ground is good to an extent that anybody as captain can lead them to sucess whether it's Kohli or Pandya. Pandya was once star in India for his hard hitting, time has changed and now he is struggling to find place in team. One thing seems clear that kohli days as captain are numbered.

Not only in India but in bilateral series india has been good every where around the world, in t20 india have beaten Australia in Australia and beaten newzealand in their own home series and these two teams played final this year..so india have been doing good but due to lack of form of kohli with bat this decision might have been taken

I think Rohit Sharma is a much better captain think Virat Kohli. And well Kohli is the captain most of the time India won because of Kohli's individual performance not because of his brilliant captaincy. Just the performance of Rohit Sharma as a captain in the IPL and the performance of Virat Kohli says a lot. Virat Kohli was not able to win the IPL even though they had some of the best players in the team. You cannot expect anyone to be as good as MSD as he was on a separate league of his own and you cannot expect anyone to replicate him as a player or as a captain.

Yes, I agreed. Dhoni was arguably the best captain of India ever and he was one of the best finishers in the world. He could finish the innings with his power hitting. If he ever had any weakness it was against the real good short balls. And later in his career, his opponents utilized his weakness to a great extent.  But the things that he did for India cannot be replaced by anyone.

I feel like you are discrediting Kohli way too much here. It is true that he didn't help India win many big ICC tournaments, but he did help them set records by defeating powerful teams like Australia and England in their backyards.
I believe that MSD is the best ODI and T-20 captain while Kohli is the best test captain so far hands-down.

Well, this is true because if you see the win/lose ratio of both players as captains in test cricket we can see that Virat Kohli has a really better ratio than MS Dhoni. Virat has 2.46 W/L-ratio whereas Dhoni has only 1.5. but in the ODI and t20 format, Dhoni was the best captain for India ever in my opinion.

I guess you have made a right prediction and I am surprised that India opted to bat first by winning toss and so far in all flat pitches winning the toss is nothing short of winning the match but it seemed like India decided to test their strength on pressure handling bu setting a target. Today India started well with a change in opening pair but as of now it seems they are struggling to set a fighting total.

For Indian venues you may need at least 180 or 190 runs to defend but after losing all 6 wickets in middle overs, India may set target around 160+ runs which is definitely a below par total to defend. Yeah, there are clears chances for tripling your bet amount by the odds of anything 3+. Good luck!

India was able to post 184 runs today and there was a point when they seamed to fall short of the predicted score and if not for the incredible knock from Deepak Chahar India would have reached the total.

New Zealand lost three wickets but as long as Martin Guptill is in the crease they always have a chance to win the match but things are getting interesting because of the high score India was able to score.

Yes he was world cup t20 player of the tournament in 2014 as well as in 2016. He almost won single handedly the world cup for india but not got enough support.
He has won matches for india alone for a long time and for some time he has not performed at his best india is not winning. Mostly they have depended upon him only and rohit other than that no have have won matches for india in recent times, before it was dhoni. It is the time that whole team must perform as a unit

After placed bet on India I was on shock when India was losing quick wickets to spin bowlers but later on Deepak Chahar's cameo helped me to calm down as India posted a fightable total. Today I made profits even it is not a big one, I am happy with that; it seems most gamblers might have predicted easily the outcome of this match even India already won the series and made couple of chances in their playing eleven.

What I think is that one's captaincy should be judged differently from one's individual performances, Kohli has the best track record as a captain if see the win percentage but obviously hasn't won any major ICC trophy so far for us, which is the main reason why people and board don't want him to continue as a captain, also because RCB has never won any IPL in his captaincy this too becomes a great factor why people don't trust him. But in all means I think it's time for him to leave captaincy willingly, it would be a wise decision in the light of his current form.

Harshal Patel is becoming a very destructive bowler, I am seeing his spot in the main squad of the Indian t20 team most probably in place of Bhuvaneshwar if he continues to bowl this way. So far we have really not seen any sort of special bowling from Bhuvi, it's just average bowling performances, it's sad to see this but I am seeing and end to the career of a great swing bowler.

Yes this series was totally one sided and India won it with ease. It was a clean sweep and a dominating performance by india. And in the last match India has won defending tbe target not chasing the target to that proofs matches are not only dependent upon toss. india has really done well in the series and players like harshal patel and aksar patel have done really well.

Even he is forced to stop down from captaincy its good for him and his long career in test matches because he is a unique player, but every player has to be step down, so now he can do some better in all formats without any pressure which is very good for his performance now after his captaincy end India doing some better with few good and talented players also included because for long time Pandya brothers were in team without any good performance now many new players already in with good performance and have good career waiting for them which was not possible in presence of Kohli which was giving some favor to his own favorite players.

As usual, India performed well at home, and how they won all 3 matches was incredibly impressive. Nevertheless, India still has some room for improvement outside the subcontinent since they lack some performance outside the subcontinent. Surely, under Rohit's captaincy, they can overcome that obstacle.

During the last Twenty20I match in Mirpur, Bangladesh lost very narrowly to Pakistan and the series is won by them by 3-0. Mahmudullah, the Bangladesh captain, nearly defends eight runs in the final over. The ball should not have been a dead ball if Nawaz had not pulled off so late.

India always seems to be better in their home ground. They face challenges when they are outside India. Even though India's overseas record is not too bad but it's not too good either. Newzealand seems to have not coped up with the situation.
