Bet on DC against KKR. KKR bowlers are getting thrashed royally by Shaw and Dhawan. After Ritu and Faf, I feel that Shaw and Dhawan are the best opening pair in the current season of IPL.

My luck did not favour today. From two match my collection is only 1, lost my lead of the round too.

Bet on RR against MI and got screwed. RR got off to a great start and messed up towards the end due to which they were 20-30 runs short making it easy for MI overall.

Bet on DC against KKR. KKR bowlers are getting thrashed royally by Shaw and Dhawan. After Ritu and Faf, I feel that Shaw and Dhawan are the best opening pair in the current season of IPL.

I have taken a decision of not placing any bets on RR, because despite individual performances from some of the players they have failed to perform as a team. Sanju Samson's captaincy has been horrendous so far. Team members seems to be more concerned about their own personal records, rather than helping the team to get points. Mumbai Indians are not in great form either, but at least Rohit Sharma is managing the team relatively better.

Bet on Bangalore against Punjab in their upcoming match. RCB has proven to be far more consistent than Punjab which is the primary reason why I chose to go with them.

Was actually talking about the Superbru pool. Shaw has been performing well recently though he is still inconsistent currently.

Good points. However, I wouldn't be so hard on Samson though since he is a young captain and they are missing some of their key players like Archer, Stokes etc.

Forget about punters, even their owners are not betting on them.  They were underdogs and will remain underdog for the rest of tournament or may be for the next 2-3 years. They signed up Sangakara as a coach so let's see what happens in the future.

Seems RCB is getting back with their historical performance once again after having a great start. I had picked PK tonight and they are going to win the match. And again, tonight I have placed bet on RCB and picked PK on superbru.

RCB messed up an easy chase in my opinion thanks to quality bowling by Punjab. Towards the end, Harshal and Jamieson were able to easily knock the ball out of the park.

This is why I feel that Kohli and other batsmen should have taken the game deep since the ball was coming on to the bat nicely in the final overs. Their impatience screwed it up for them. Punjab is slowly rising in the table.

Yes, So true the three top guns of RCB should have waited towards the end to hit big shots even a 60-70 run chase in the last 4 overs wouldn't have been a tough thing for them. Talking about Punjab except for Harpreet Brar there wasn't anything good they did today. Once again their whole batting was guided by KL Rahul, middle-order failed once again. Harpreet Brar managed to hit some shots and helped Punjab to reach a par score. Despite Mayank not playing today PBXI still not sending Gayle to open. I don't know what is he afraid to open the game?
Death Bowling still a problem for PBKS despite that there was no pressure on the death bowlers still they couldn't land good yorkers and gave away so many runs in those overs. But yes Spin department is pretty nicely set now for PBKS they shouldn't do any changes to it.

I also want to select CSK in today's match. Because they are in the trend of extraordinary victory. They have won 5 matches in a row. But there is no continuity in MI's performance this season. MI will win in today's match if de Kock and Rohit Sharma perform well, otherwise they will lose today's matche.

Will you say quality bowling or slow start?

Kohli was not aggressive at all, the same goes for Patidar too. Top three batsman had played 34, 6, 30 balls and scored 35, 7, 31 runs respectively.  That's 73 runs from 70 balls out of 120 balls. 70 is 58.33% of 120 which means when the target is 180 at a required rate of 9 per over they scored at a rate of 6.26 run rate for around 60% of their innings. Obviously that created a huge pressure to the batsman who came after Kohli.

Too slow batting at the start and in the middle ruined this match for RCB. The blowers were just maintaining their line and length by following the rules of cricket. It was a failure of RCB batting line-up.

SRH is doing terribly this season. Warner's captaincy is getting worse so I don't think SRH has lost so many matches. The SRH team is not stable. None of the players have the consistency of performance. We can watch SRH's match against Mumbai Indians. MI gave a target of 150 runs. Warner and Bairstow got off to a great start, having a 61-run partnership in 7 overs. And the two openers scored 79 runs. However, SRH lost all their wickets for 137 runs in this match. Each player has to play more responsibly. Otherwise, SRH's performance will not improve, no matter who the captain is.

Agree or not, this is needed for SRH to get a good combination. Warner isn’t playing as expected, he is in off form. On the other hand, Williamson is.
Now, if both to be played, you have to exclude Holder and Jason Roy. Including any of them would be great for SRH, at least having a try with the combination of Williamson, Bairstaw, Rashid Khan and any one of Holder and Roy. Both could of great benefit for the batting line up for SRH.

^^I think SRH's foreign players doing okay for the team, its just their Indian talent especially batsmen in the middle order are not performing for quite some time and its hurting their campaign and combination. In coming weeks if they (middle order) don't start performing then SRH should forget about the playoffs.

What the heck did I just watch? CSK scored their highest score against MI and MI successfully chased it down. Pollard is back in his monstrous form. Looks like MI is slowly and steadily rising to the top yet again.

I always believed that Lungi Ngidi is one of the worst IPL bowlers ever and his last over proved that. He bowled full tosses like an absolute amateur making it easy for Pollard to drill them.

Couple of them were almost no-balls. I have no idea why CSK continue relying on him despite his horrific performances regularly.

After seeing 218 runs next to the yellow gang, I thought it's an easy 1 point for me and if I am lucky then I may get two points too but I did not think that I will not have any point at all! The blues were amazing especiall that big man with those big hits at the end.

It was a match to enjoy.

Another 220 total. It looks like big totals have become a trend in this IPL. That said, at least during the next auctions SRH needs to do something to strengthen their bowling. Apart from Rashid Khan, and to an extent Bhuvneshwar Kumar, none of their bowlers are capable of competing in the IPL. Sandeep Sharma has failed again and again. Khaleel Ahmed has been horrendous this season. And then Vijay Shankar is neither good in bowling, nor in batting.
