It's too bad that the match will not be played in Türkiye. They take away the game again and give it to Portugal again. I can't blame them though, this coronavirus effect hits hard here, so this was the logical thing for them. I hope we can host another big final in 2023.

If Turkey gets rid of this coronavirus, then it will be much more enjoyable to watch a final match there. I really don't like that the final match is going to be played without supporters in the stadium this season. It completely kills the importance of this huge match. 2 seasons the final match is hold in Portugal and the nation likely control the pandemic very good. Even a reduction from 12000 to 6000 does not help much in social distancing. I think UEFA take risk to allow fans to join the final match. They need money of course but it can be a super-infections event.

It is not normal for English teams to want to take the game to extra time. But English football is also different today. But I believe, that the teams will try without great fears to score goals. So, I have some doubts if the game is going to extra time. City will be able to impose themselves during the game, but it is true that Chelsea can cancel the opposing team's game well.

If there is a team play like this in the final match, it would be Manchester City. However, as I see and as Phillip Lalm said, Pep is no longer obsessed with tiki-taka. The match can be tight and tactics will be decisive factor for winner and loser.

I bet that Werner can play important role with his goal to finish a terrible first season in Chelsea with a goal in Champions League final. Or he will create an important missing opportunity. The first case will bring the trophy to Chelsea and the second case will throw it away to Man City.

It's not normal for English teams to meet in a final. Liverpool met Spurs of course but Liverpool's coach is so anti draws he would rather lose than draw as he showed earlier against Real Madrid, even if it's a final.

It's good news that I saw the increase in Covid-19 in Turkey died so that UEFA changed the stadium schedule that was better than what we expected for our fans.
This has become official news where and in the end, Portugal will be the last port in the final, but with fans in it, the match will be more exciting with a maximum of 12000 people from both teams which will be quite lively in the final.

We are going to see the final game in Estádio do Dragão. I was expecting it to be played in England but I guess they didn't want the stadium to be in the same country too. I hope that we will watch a superb and enjoyable final game. Of course it will not be the best final as the supporters won't be in the stadium. Or maybe they could get the tribune prepared for limited number of supporters.

I find this very difficult to happen, a small number of fans watching the game.

Honestly if this was a groupg ame, or even anything until semi finals I would say that you are right, Tuchel vs Guardiola would make sense and Pep would win that ten times out of ten. However when we are talking about simply just one game, anything could happen, an injury could change things, one lucky bounce would get them a goal, a ball going just an inch left.

Yeah, it would make more sense to have final in England, but UK government didn't gave quarantine exemption for UEFA staff, broadcasters, sponsors and etc. It's 2000 people approximately. So, UEFA had to look for alternatives and probably Portugal was the best option.

A delegation from UEFA comes from within the EU, and therefore has no major restrictions. In Portugal, there was never a mandatory quarantine for those who came from outside, so they won't have any problems with that. In turn, Portugal is the only country in Europe that is on the UK's green list, to avoid quarantine for those traveling to Portugal.

In practice, it is easier for English teams to travel to Portugal than for UEFA to travel to the United Kingdom.

That is even dumber if you ask me. In my head I read that is better to have 2000 quarantined somehow than to have 12,000 supporters moving around and creating potential troubles.
Also, sorry to say, but brits supporters behave quite well at home while they simply do not give a shit when they are overseas.
That was something to be thought through since we have historical reasons to be worried here.

but the problem is that the designated stadium will not see that money, and therefore they will oppose it

I don't think this seasons Final will be like that of 2012, the better side will more likely be victorious this season, it's going to be a game of tactical genius from the two managers, I think it'll be down to which manager can outwit the other on the night, Chelsea have won their last two games against City, this could either work in their favor or not, cause it could either give them confidence that City are very much beatable or it could make City to be very careful and weary and work on the loopholes that led to their previous two losses against the Blues.

Chelsea is getting this one.

Imo, it'll be pep making history with City, by winning City's first ever UCL title on the 29th.

We will see great tactic wars that's for sure. Like you said, Guardiola has much more experience here comparing to Tuchel. But Tuchel could really surprise Guardiola with his nice preferences. They defeated City in the PL lately and Guardiola must be aware of the big threat.
