Given this odds i would probably risk it and place bet on chelsea. If they manage to play in the same way as they did in the second leg against real madrid then even ManCity will have a very hard time to create opportunities to score a goal. Thomas tuchel really managed to have an impact on the teams performance since he became their coach. They have a very solid defense now and very fast players in the offense. For me the outcome of the final is completely open, whichever teams scores first has a huge advantage obviously.

Because Chelsea showed their quality and how dangerous they can be. They showed it by eliminating Real Madrid and defeating Manchester City in this season twice. Portugal or Turkey I think it will remain a neutral place even if some of the players are from that country but it's not all about their country but it will focus on consistently winning because it's playing for the club not for the country.
So both parties will certainly benefit from the same, but we will see in the final who deserves to be champions of Chelsea or Manchester City.

City is better and Guardiola is determined to get the trophy this season. In the other hand, Chelsea shouldn't be underestimated and the team improved a lot with Tuchel.

I'm from Portugal, and honestly I don't feel that there are so many Chelsea fans. I believe they have fans because it was a club trained by Mourinho. I would prefer that Chelsea win, I don't think.
