First of all, I'm not very content about the result of Milan vs Liverpool match as I was supporting Milan. But anyway, congrats to Atletico Madrid for making it! Milan screwed things up big time last night. They needed to win against Liverpool to be able to continue in the Champions League. And they got ahead 1-0 first too. But they weren't capable of keeping the score at it or opening the gap. Even though Liverpool were in a comfortable condition, they still made a comeback and won by 2-1. But as Atletico Madrid won by 3-1, Milan needed to win by at least 2 goals though. It was already hard for them.

Milan did their best but they were not the favourites. You cannot do more than your capabilities in football. So, we should not say Milan screwed things up.
Just like this night, it is expected that Barcelona should defeat Bayern. And we know it's a big or near impossible task for Barcelona to beat Bayern.
So it will not be nice to say later tonight that Barcelona screwed up even if they start leading with a lone goal.
So, tonight Bayern will win, any other thing that happens is a miracle.
