The atmosphere is so calm over here and there are alot of expectations from both teams. It seems that the Madrid side paraded more of old and experienced players, but not to say, PSG top 3 men are fire.

Psg has 4 yellow cards from previous matches, so they need to be more careful so that their key players will not miss next match. Though psg is favoured to win, but Madrid will fight to the end and they have all it takes to bounce back.

Those 4 yellow cards may well play a significant role. Players have that in mind. For example, you don't want to miss a player like Ramos in the quarterfinals. But PSG could have a hard time here in Madrid. 10 minutes on and now 0-0, but you can see that both teams like to walk the way forward. I certainly expect more than 1 goal in contrast to the match in paris.

Definitely there will be more than one goal in this match unlike their last outing which produced just one goal. In this match both teams are being very careful and also both teams are running in their opponent 18 box and making nice attempts. Vinicius Jr is trying his best, Benzema having nice shots. Few minutes ago Mbappe's was counted for offside.
But with the kind of running he is producing, I am expecting a goal from him. Neymar has been good since start.

Mbappe is a really great player and he scored a delightful goal a few minutes ago. He scored against his new team as of the next season most probably. And PSG are in the lead by 1-0 now which is a huge advantage for them currently. Real Madrid are desperately trying to find their first goal as early as possible. I don't really like Madrid's game in this match.
They want to make the tempo with possession but on the other hand they are quite bad at passing in my opinion so this will only make PSG's counter-attack really easy to convert into goals.
This 1 Mbappe goal makes things difficult and Madrid's chances of qualifying will be even more difficult and if they don't change their strategy now their chances will be 0% to qualify

PSG has really impressed me how with the way have played tonight despite missing several good chances to really secure the much needed spot for the last eight....but at this point the most important thing is that they have found themselves in front which is next task to protect this lead.

PSG made the 0-1 a few minutes before half-time, enda is crucial now in this phase. Won 1-0 at home. That was quite hard to swallow after seeing the actual result, with aggregate 0-2 for PSG I think Real Madrid coming back is quite hard now and that might explain the distorted odds that we talked about previously. Turns out not, Real Madrid could have scored and so far they have had a few chances to do so. I'm sure Real Madrid will probably fail to qualify for the quarter-finals but of course PSG have to score at least 2 more goals. A 2 goal advantage over Real Madrid will not be safe for PSG at this time because Real Madrid have not given up.

So far PSG have scored 3 goals in this match, 2 of which were disallowed for offside but uniquely all of them were scored by Mbappe. He could completely crush Real Madrid's hopes of qualifying today.

Mbappe is certainly on fire today and is causing problems to the Real Madrid back side.The PSG keeper has made a blunder with slow decision making, it has cost the team a goal as Benzema was able to mount pressure and cause a goal.
