Magnolia are down as high as 16 points against the TNT and I thought that they can still defeat them when they chipped down the league into 2 points in the 4th quarter, but just after that huge run, TNT made their own run and put the lead to double digits again to the point that Magnolia can't fight back anymore.

Sometimes, it's really worth putting risks of betting on any SMC or MVP teams when being down by double-digit points regardless of who's their opponent, either against independent teams, farm teams, or sister teams. Handicap or Moneyline, in some PBA games, a large lead is sometimes meant to be spoiled.

This time, even though they were able to stop Magnolia's rally, at least able to get the win in the end. If TNT loses against Magnolia instead, another choke game by them and that's a big concern to address.

Well, Simmons really stick to his promise and gave his team a 4-0 early advantage. I mean he's an ex-NBA player and is capable of scoring 25 or 30 PPG so there is a chance that he can really do it and in fact, he's the leading scorer right now in the conference. Unfortunately, that will be his last game because he will go back to China and play there. Simmons' replacement import will be Wayne Selden Jr. and he's another ex-NBA player. I just wish that the NLEX will continue their momentum in their first 4 games now that they have a different import already. There might be a chance as well that Simmons might return to our league and play again if he is free. Who knows.

4-0 standing in this current season is very good for the NLEX they compete to The other team's and their Import shows us that he can carry his team but by The help of our local of curse but now they Need to replace their import as we all know that someone will play in China for his team. It will be tough even they've got a good import but without a good support from the locals they might end the season with the same outcome, I can say that it's not hard to agree with your statement they are here with many conferences but they still have the same result they can easily be dominated when a super team push them and they can't do anything about it.

Still not seeing any chance for this team to make it to the next round, unless their might be good changes with the system and they will really work harder than the usual performance to help the import to win the game.

That’s true, without a help of the local players it will be hard for them to face the top teams.
Their import is just doing his job to play his best every game and so far he’s doing good, what is lack with them is that they are not consistent and have a poor plays and strategy, they should address this one as early in this conference, they can have a good run if they will play more consistently. Meralco just won here perfectly, they aim for it.
