I don't like how the PBA All-Star draft turned out. Seems to me that they lack bringing new ideas to that event.

Copying the style of the NBA All-Star draft, PBA should at least stick to the system they are using since then.

Even the tossed coin is like a Brgy. level system lol. Hopefully, though that the All-Star game will be entertaining and not turn into a shooting spree with no defense. Playing hard is what fans like as it was more entertaining to watch.

This "basketball" game is so American that whatever style the NBA implements, the PBA will always copy, no doubt about that and this All-Star will be no different hehe.

Though that chance of an upset is next to none but knowing how competitive coach Yeng Guiao, i think this game will not be a blow-out.

Well you already said they copy NBA, I will not be surprised if this All-Star game will turn out to be a shooting spree like what happened in the NBA All-star game a few days ago.

TBH, I will not watch this All-Star game. I don't even know when it will be, and I don't want to even know. I mean it's very disappointing. The format of how they pick their players is just very unfair especially for those who are in independent teams. Anyway, just move on, move forward, and still I will not watch it. Can I ask, is there any contests that will happen there aside from the All-Star game? Like a 3-pt contest or something?

ROS played their last game without their import for some unknown reasons. Now if ROS will play again without any import, that +10.5 might not get covered still. The import of Magnolia is just amazing. His body is kind off big, but his footwork is like the same as the footwork of Manuel or at least on par with him. He's great, and with that many shooters of Magnolia, they might just crush the ROS if they will play without an import. Well, it's a different story if there is an import.

Gone are the days when people/fans will go out and support the All-Star games as they want to see high-level basketball as those are All-Stars playing but it would turn out to be a comedy of some sort, hardcore basketball fans won't buy that including me.

I'm concerned about the fans who saved a lot of money just to watch the all-star game, only to have it end in a boring match. While it's likely already passed, the organizers could revive the event. After all, the primary goal of the all-star game is to entertain the fans, and if they can't provide that, there's no point in continuing with the event.

That rally gave me a little scare. I think DYIP was able to cut the lead to only 7 points, but multiple mistakes made by DYIP allowed Northport to capitalize on them. Northport's import did not even have to work hard for this game because the locals were playing very well. Names to mention include Calma, Bollick, and Monuz.

The first game, I bet under 230.5 and I won. Second game, I went all in with Magnolia Hotshots with 1.46 Odds. Even though it's a low odds, I believe that they will win on that game against the ROS.

I didn't watch the whole first game, but congratulations to the NorthPort Batang Pier for getting their first win. What I watched was the second game where the Hotshots just dominated the whole game. They got the double digit lead in the first quarter and even though the ROS are making small runs, the Hotshots are countering it with their own runs.

What's also good with the Hotshots is that, the burden around their import isn't that much in terms of offense because our locals stepped up, distributed the points, and it's hard to stop a team when the offense is just spread. Hester only shot 6/16 on the field, but Lee, Jalalon, Barroca and even their bench player Escoto stepped up scoring double digits each in their 4th straight win.

With that, the Hotshots are in the 6th spot after being at the bottom because of their 3 straight losses in the beginning of the season. Hope all won on their bets as well.

Missed the first game but at least I was able to win some as well for the 2nd game.
Magnolia really dominates the whole quarter and played well as a team, ROS was not able to counter the game plan of Magnolia too bad that some of their local players are off today. The win for Magnolia gives a good chance for them to to stay for the quarterfinals, too early to celebrate but they should do their best and have to stay consistent, the last four games of Magnolia will be more easy I guess, that will be a good opportunity for them.

Defeated Tirrafirma now the Nortport got their first win of this season and hoping they will get another win for their upcoming games. Nice catch, even it's a smaller odd but much secure than taking the handicap. Though Magnolia manage to cover -10.5 as they won the game with 15 points same with NP in the first game, still a sweet earning since you go all in with the money you got from the first game, that would give more beers to celebrate hehehe..

^^ is a good game and very catchy because if we look at the standings, NLEX is ahead but they are 1 out of 3 since Simmons left so i'll be betting for here for the Bolts since they badly need the win to at least improve their standings, Bolts -1.5 @1.87 vs NLEX.

I looked on their remaining 4 games, and it seems like they really are in a good spot, and the best case scenario is that they might finish the regular season with a winning streak. However, we are seeing NLEX Vs. Meralco later.

If Meralco somehow come up with a victory against NLEX, that might boost the morale and momentum of the team thus, winning their next game against the Hotshots. It's a low percentage change though, but it can still happen. Their last 3 games are against teams who are in the bottom spot already and has little to no chance of clinching the playoffs. TBH, they might end up at the top 3-4 seed depending on how the top teams perform.

It's unfortunate that Converge was not able to cover the spread as they only won by 8 points. If it were a high-scoring game, then there might have been a better chance of the spread being covered. The first half was indeed low-scoring. Unfortunately, I had internet problems, and I was not able to take the over 182.5 live, even though I already knew that they were going to shoot well in the second half.

Ohhhhh that "Sagip Kapamilya" term again. Can we just at least this time not use that term, and just think that the Bolts really deserve the victory. Can we?  

I mean they really deserve it. The import of NLEX is very inconsistent on that game and that's a complete opposite to how McDaniels played. Now the Road Warriors lose 3 of their last 4 games. I wonder if Coach Frankie Lim is considering an import change especially now that they only have a few games left before the playoffs.

It's unfortunate that Converge was not able to cover the spread as they only won by 8 points. If it were a high-scoring game, then there might have been a better chance of the spread being covered. The first half was indeed low-scoring. Unfortunately, I had internet problems, and I was not able to take the over 182.5 live, even though I already knew that they were going to shoot well in the second half.

The FiberXers would have easily cover the spread if their import is having a good night, but not unfortunately. After scoring 50+ points in their last game, he scored 19 points only. Anyway, we've seen Ahamnisi played well on their first 2 games I think, but his performance went down in the succeeding games. Why he didn't picked in the All-Star game?  
Anyway, I will just share here that the Final 12 of Gilas Pilipinas for the Final Leg of the FIBA qualifiers has been selected already. Here are the players:

That is the final list of the players that will face Lebanon and Jordan on the 24th and 27th of February. Any thoughts? It's my first time to see that Mason Amos, but he's a 6'7" guy and a young big, and can shoot threes as well.

Yes they are sisters company end we cans not deny th fact that there's a sister company who set Thier teams who will win especially  during quarter finals which is very bad thing they do. to make sure that they are still in the series and will have the chance to move to the next round.
