Atletico has played 2 games less than Real Madrid and Barcelona. If the competition is yet to get exciting, they will have to lose it. Or at least not both win. If they win both, then it is over.
Bizarre that Atletico is so much better than Real Madrid and Barcelona this season. Especially that gap with Barcelona is remarkable.

Yes if they win them than  laliga will become boring this season and they are not losing points so i think the title is theirs especially with real madrid and barcelona unsteady performance but its not surising to see them performe so well since the majority of them played together for a long time with semeone excelent defensive strategy they were able to go this far.

Real and Barca are still in the title race if you based it on the numbers. Atletico will surely lose games in the second half of the season and so are the two chasing teams. It's a battle of attrition, whoever falters less will be crowned as champions.

Atletico have a save gap in points on the table and their confidence is strong, and more positive than Real Madrid and Barcelona. They will lose games but will Real and Barcelona can get less lost games than Atletico and win more in the second half?

Who knows? We can only speculate for now. Atletico Madrid has done themselves a huge favor with a good lead but we don't know if they will succumb to the pressure from the two chasing teams. We'll find out as the games are played. We all know things like season ending injuries could happen to key player/s in any of the remaining games.

Either they get hit bad by an atomic bomb or I do not really see them losing ground anytime soon. They may lose a game or two, that is normal, but you are a but deluded if you think a team like this year's Atlético will lose their chance to win the title.

Drama is on going that Barcelona try to make deal with AS Roma and bring Edin Dzeko to Nou Camp. Dzeko is a good striker but I don't think his style can fit well with playing tactics, traditional and current under Koeman management. He plays well in Serie A but he is old and the pace of match in Serie A is less than in La Liga.

Why they want to make that deal? Another failure transfer for Barcelona.

Atlético Madrid is doing great and they got a good chance to end up winning La Liga. They probably will lose some matches but I see also the other teams make some missteps.

Barcelona and Real Madrid arent as good as they were before. Barcelona is missing a striker like Suarez. Atlético Madrid are lucky that they got him playing at their team.

Real Madrid and Barcelona have a really hard job to do this season. A. Madrid are having like their best season so far. They have been literally unstoppable in most of the games. They will lose points eventually. But as long as they continue their awesome performance, there will be no way for Atletico to lose their chance of being the champions.

I think Real Madrid always have fantastic comeback at least week 30th looking last season and take first position standing from Barcelona, I think only Barcelona looks hard in this season because get financial problem and Lionel Messi make as frustrated fans what happen in next year, keep staying with Barcelona by extended contract or looking new club exactly Manchester City have waiting for with fantastic salary get by him.

I think this is not an easy thing not just because atleteco leading with big gap but also because atleteco team is very strong and solide this year and its not an easy thing to get even 1 point from them...i believe 90% that the throphy this year will be for atleteco

the reputable Spanish newspaper Marca talks about the great debt that Barcelona has and the serious possibility that the whole club will go bankrupt.
Barcelona's short-term debt stands at 730 million euros and in a situation where there is no more revenue from spectators and Messi is likely to leave the club for free, this is a very serious problem for the club.
Reportedly, Barcelona did not even pay the players their salaries in January, which only shows how serious the situation is.

actually, I do not think that Barca will go bankrupt, newspapers have to make a fuss here and there, and there is obviously a debt, but they will probably pull out something to get all the things in place

Messi leave the club will bring some downfalls, but eventually there is a line between Barca as a club, and Messi as a players, who made who, and Barca will make another Messi (player as popular as him, like Ronaldo and Ronaldinho before him), so I am not worried (although, I am not a Barca fan, so nothing to be worried about )

it's going to be really hard for atletico when they have both Real Madrid and Barcelona fighting for their place to take the championship, some injuries in atletico's side can really affect their gameplay, so i can totally say it's not over yet.

Real Madrid are going to play a home game against Levante this weekend. Real Madrid are the 2nd with 40 points and Levante are the 12th with 23 points. Real Madrid didn't get any loss (3W 2D) and Levante lost only once (2W 2D 1L) in the last 5 games in the league. Levante are a really terrible team in away games (1W in 10 games). I think Real Madrid will beat them easily and continue following A. Madrid.
