I would be happy if Sevilla vs Atletico Madrid match was drawn. Because, this would make the fight between the teams harder to get to the top of the points table. Moreover, the performance of Atletico Madrid is much better than that of Sevilla in this match. I thought Sevilla might be playing for a draw. But their luck was good and they were able to win by scoring a goal in the 88th minute of the match. Sevilla have made very few attacks in this match.

Sevilla appeared quite consistent in the match against Atletico Madrid and has a target to get three points considering the distance between Madrid and Real Madrid is 5 points. Sevilla was able to take the lead and take the lead through goals from Ivan Rakitic and Lucas Ocampos to make Sevilla win over Ateltico Madrid. This defeat made Atlético Madrid's position further mired in 5th place with 29 points.

Both teams have good defenses, and both teams have experienced players who can counter-attack and score goals. However, in the whole match, we have seen the dominance of the players of Atletico Madrid. Sevilla's players were focused only on ball possession. Although Sevilla won, I did not like their gameplay.

It was a tough day for Barcelona even though they dominated the match mostly. After bringing the score to 2-0, they should have been able to obtain a comfortable victory but Elche made their job more difficult by equalizing the score by scoring two goals in two minutes only. Barcelona still managed to win by 3-2 but they should improve their defending style more. If they become better at defending, they can start winning more regularly in the La Liga.

Atletico madrid now start in a pretty bad form and even now they have got 3 defeats in a row in the league, after the defeat in the derby last week, I thought that Atletico madrid would bounce back by beating sevilla, but in fact their back  get it again defeat in that match, with that defeat now Atletico Madrid are 13 points away from madrid in the first place, I think with this sizeable difference in points now Atletico Madrid have come out of the way of the championship competition this season.

Sevilla really managed to defeat Atletico Madrid in their home stadium by 2-1. I added "both teams to score" into my parlay and it won very easily. I was in an expectation like this match would end in a draw with goals. And it was nearly ending like this also. But Ocampos scored the winning goal in the last minutes and Atletico Madrid were just devastated at the end of the match. Because it was their third loss in a row.

After yesterday's victory of Sevilla over Atlético, it became even more obvious to me that in the Sevilla-Barcelona match, the coefficient for Sevilla's victories of 2.49 is just a gift. It was even around 2.8x++ with yesterday's Super Boost, and in fact it was over 3/1 for them against Atleticobut I insisted to stick with some kind of change of form for Atletico and a desire to run Real ragged all the way to the title, plus some stinging "retalitation" for losing the Madrid derby.

So yeah, Sevilla is the value bet here.

Thankfully, both of my bets won yesterday. I didn't bet too much money but tried my luck by betting on Barcelona and Sevilla to win their games. Especially the Sevilla game made me worried more. Because it was a very close and competitive game. And I wouldn't be surprised if the game ended in a 1-1 draw. But Sevilla made me relieved by getting ahead in the 88th minute and won by 2-1. I trusted them considering Atletico's poor form lately and I'm happy about doing it.

Whereas usually Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are also in the title race and they often dominate the top 3 of La Liga but this season they seem to have lost their best performance.

Not too many games happening right now but we have Granada and Mallorca playing it out it a tightly contested match. Granada got an early lead but Mallorca replied almost instantly to level things out. But with the 12 th player rallying behind Granada this is their game for the taking and have regained the lead which should also see them jump to position 15 and behind the vistors by a point... And with a game in hand they could also jump to 12th or 13th position should they win their next game which is in arrears...

But I'm not betting this time, I want to enjoy the game. Of course I'm also sure that Madrid will win. They're a stable palin team in La Liga. In a few days they will lose form and fall behind than Real Madrid. They are now 5 points behind of Madrid.

Atletico Madrid are not better than Barcelona if you judge from the results of their last 5 match. Barcelona won 3 times, lost 1 and drew 1 while Atletico Madrid lost 3 times and won 2 times in the last 5 match. Barcelona's performance based on statistics can be said to have increased compared to Atletico Madrid, which seems to be on the decline. Barcelona is only 2 points adrift of Atletico Madrid, so there is still a possibility that these two teams will end the season in the top 4 shifting Real Betis and Rayo Vallecano.

It took a miracle for Atletico Madrid and Barcelona this season to break Real Madrid's dominance in Laliga, it seemed impossible to me even though we all know that anything can still happen this season. Barcelona need to improve their performance to try to get back in the top 4, so a win is mandatory for them.

It looks to be more competitive because they Atletico Madrid surprisingly did not play too well. Barcelona collapsed in surprise of all. It give chances to other clubs to take over the third position of Barcelona and make La Liga looks to be more exciting. Exciting in a chaotic season but in long run it is not good for La Liga. They must have Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid at their best in order to fight with other clubs from other nations, leagues in Champions League.

Barcelona did not in this race since start or even before it because they lost Messi. Even with Messi, they still don't have good chance to win in the race. With Messi, they can join in title race but they will be in third position after Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

Now, their issues are worse even Koeman and Messi left. Xavi took over the coach position with many weaknesses and he also has his weakness as a newbie in coach career. I don't think Xavi can help Barcelona to reach to anything big in this season. A position at the end in top 4 would be a big achievement for Barcelona and Xavi. I don't think they can do anything bigger with what resources they have now.
