But there is an important point about them on one hand.

I agree villareal this season are the ghost of what they used to be in the last couple of seasons and now that unai emre is gone and doing wonders with Aston villa their flows has become public to be honest i don't think the new coach will succeed in doing what emre did but still they have some quality players so i expect their performance to get better.

There isn't a lot of coaches available that have qualities better than Xavi and are willing to manage Barcelona imo, so giving a chance to him to complete the season will be wise even if the team was in the second or third place tho.
