I think it is very inaccurate to say that Barcelona does not deserve to be in second place in the La Liga standings. Because after all, Barcelona's struggle to reach this point was not an easy journey, but a very difficult struggle. The reason is, Barcelona this season is not like other big clubs which have all supporting aspects, such as adequate financial conditions. So actually, if you look more closely, I think Barcelona deserves to be in second place at the moment. The reason is, the narrow victory over Mallorca was not a coincidence or an engineering feat. However, this narrow victory was certainly the result of the hard work of Barcelona's coaches and players. Therefore, I do not agree with your assumption.

Apart from that, Girona is also going through an extraordinary struggle to date. You are correct; I believe Girona has a better chance of finishing in second place in the league than Barcelona does. Barcelona's performance against Mallorca yesterday demonstrated that they are performing even worse than they did earlier in the season, as they struggled to score and were grateful to Lamin Yamal for playing a very hard game and scoring for them.

It's still 50:50 now. You can't really be sure about Girona's performance. It shows signs of declining even deeper. Barcelona was always struggling against the bad club this time. It's not only this time yamal saved barcelona from losing the points. This kid even performed better compared to the all of veteran in the squad.

Agreed.. Barcelona has been able to get to the second position of the La Liga table. that is definitely good news but the problem is there is still the match of Girona to be played.  If Girona can be able to win the next match Barcelona will go down from the second position to the third position.

Now the thing is, Girona is going to play games against Osasuna in the next match.  and you know this one is not going to be that easy,  specially because Girona is not in great form right now. If we follow their last five matches they only have one win. This is definitely not something that is going to give them a lot of confidence going into the next match.

However, they still should be confident because they are going up against a team that is not relatively strong in La Liga. And remember only 1 point is not going to be enough to get them to the second position. so if they draw the match it will not give them any comfort, they must win the match anyhow.

After losing to Palmas, Valencia bounced back by winning two draws including when facing Madrid last week, and even now even now with 3 points from Getafe making them managed to secure 6th place in the current La Liga standings with 40 points equal to Real Sociedad above, victory over Getafe is very important for Valencia who are ambitious to qualify for the Europa League next season.

At the moment they only need 10 more points to qualify for the Europa League and 3 points at least for them to secure the Conference League, with 11 left of course still open the opportunity for Valencia to be able to achieve their target and surely they should be able to make good use of all their remaining games this season without the need to look at the results of other clubs matches,  I think even though their chances of playing in the Europa League are still open, we still have to admit that the journey to achieve this is of course very difficult because there are indeed many clubs stronger than Valencia who also currently want to play in the Europa League next season.

Juami got the ball and immediately took a fantastic strike which went straight inside the net to give his club a strong chance of winning the match at home.

Atletico Madrid is having problems with their midfield, and defence as they are too soft for the host Cadiz. This is the best performance that Cadiz have displayed since the beginning of this season. If Cadiz have played their 27 games like this, they wouldn't have been on the 18th position on the table. The match is in favor of the hosts they lead 2-0.

Honestly, it surprised me that Cadiz beat Atletico Madrid 2–0.Seriously,  I didn't expect this kind of result from Atletico today, but the truth is that they are playing well, but they are not just lucky to score; they are the team controlling the pitch, and they have also created some great chances, but they are not lucky to convert them into goals. Thier Champions League match against Inter Milan will still not be easy as well. Their performance may not be that good today, but at that Wednesday match against Inter Milan, I little believe they will not play as they played against Cadiz today. I don't know what exactly happening with Atletico Madrid unpredictable defeated by not favorite teams Cadiz, indeed they want focus for second legs match in Champion League facing Inter Milan few days later I don't think must loss against Cadiz and the current standings position not secure yet with top fourth or Champion League spot place. Not secure yet with Atletico Madrid will loss their top fourth position if can't improving performance in domestic league match and take three points every match left behind 5 points remaining with Athletic Bilbao and this week get weakness opponent teams facing Las Palmas.

I completely missed this match and only saw the result, well it looks like Cadiz is going to try to stay in La Liga. I was always surprised when, towards the end of the season, teams from the bottom of the standings find the strength to show a completely different game and win matches that seemed hopeless for them.
Celta will play in this round with Real Madrid, most likely they will not have a chance to score points in this round. In as much as I would admit to the fact that many people expected Barcelona to easily beat Mallorca, let's not forget that it was still this same Mallorca team that defeated Girona last weekend in the Spanish La Liga and that I think is another reason why no one should underestimate the power of the Mallorca team.
That being said, Barcelona have been absolutely impressive in their recent games in the Spanish La Liga and were even able to take a point from their game tonight against Mallorca even when they weren't in their best shape. The club manager Xavi Hernandez is supposed to be praised for what he's been able to achieve with this team this season despite the fact that they've had many injury concerns and also the fact that the club's management failed to sign high profile players to the club in recent transfer windows because of the financial crises at the club.
But the bad news for Barcelona fans is that Xavi Hernandez will leave the club at the end of the season and in my own opinion, I think it'll be very difficult to find another manager that'll help Barcelona to remain in competition for trophies with this current team when Xavi Hernandez leaves the club in the summer

Barcelona in the past weeks haven't really been much of their usual performances and it's very much dangerous to their chances at both the UCL and the La Liga too. It's understable that injury setbacks occur in teams but it's only left for the team to be proactive to proferring lasting solutions that can be coped with pending when they're out of the situation. Their last league game didn't end favourably to them and it likely can affect their chances in the next game against Mallorca. The question remains if they will even be charged up for the game considering their situation and the mindset and advantage their opponent would possess ahead of the encounter.

 They've in passing weeks been shaky in performances and one can't be sure to vouch for them on how they'll perform against Mallorca. The game ended in an unpleasant manner with Barcelona as big and mighty as the name sounds just winning with a goal margin. Personally, I think it was a very poor game outcome. They ought and were expected to have done even better than they did yesterday considering the caliber of team Mallorca were and also ignoring the past impacts they've made in the league.

 This team are a relegation zoned team and Barcelona for all time has been a top team.
